Fantastic friendly and very accommodating hairdressing salon, lovely staff and very helpful with expert advice. The lovely Emily gave me a fabulous bouncy blow-dry, which lasted for days after!! Delighted with the results. I bounced out of the salon feeling very glamourous. Emily's attentive service and creativity enhanced my enjoyment at the function I was attending. I'll be back for more of that. Excellent service by creative helpful staff. Thank you so much!

I have been going to Lisa at Elesse hair and beauty as long as I can remember. She is always professional, caring, willing to discuss options and try new things for me but will always be honest with her opinions. The rest of the team are just as professional and it is always relaxed and friendly, and you don't ever feel intimidated like you can at some other salons. I would highly recommend them, and I do!

I've been going to Elesse Hair and Beauty for as long as I can remember, as have all my family. There's a reason we've all been using the salon for that long! I almost always have Lisa cutting my hair but have had various others too - all completely lovely, friendly and most importantly great at cutting hair! Lovely friendly salon with plenty of free parking nearby. Lisa does my hair and I have recently changed my hair colour and am delighted with it. She is very knowledgeable and always suggests the right way to treat my hair. I would thoroughly recommend this salon.

I have been a regular customer for almost 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hair done. The salon always has a welcoming atmosphere, staff are friendly and well experienced. They always have time to listen and offer advise on styles and hair colouring etc. The location is ideal as there is free parking and prices are excellent value for money compared to City Centre salon prices. Lisa is my main hairdresser however I have used other members of staff and been equally pleased with the results.

I bring my daughter here and it is a friendly, clean, easy to access salon. Appointments are always on time and as my daughter is only 13 and has a dry cut we do not get charged for an adult like other salons. 😊

Thought I'd leave another review after just leaving the salon. Even after all this time I am still visiting Lisa at Elesse Hair and Beauty and I have never been disappointed. The girls are all lovely and welcoming and make the Salon feel like a home from home. The girls are all extremely knowledgeable and keep up to date with all the latest products so are able to give great advice. I'd recommend Elesse Hairdressers Plymouth any day. I originally consulted Lisa at Elesse 3 years ago after a bad experience at a city centre salon. She corrected the colour mess they had made and I have had total faith in her since then. She is possibly the only hairdresser I have ever met that actually listens to what you ask for and gives honest advice! The girls at the salon are lovely and the atmosphere is unpretentious and friendly. A refreshing change from the so called fashionable salons around! I would highly recommend Elesse Hair and Beauty to anyone who wants a great service in a welcoming salon.

Some Hair and Beauty Salons feel intimidating, so you don't go in. NOT this one. This is the most caring, friendly and very professionally run Salon you could find. Every client is treated with the utmost care and courtesy, and their individual needs and wishes respected and looked after. You can judge this Salon by the high number of clients who have been clients for many years. Walk in and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. HIghly recommended.

I have been with lisa sharpe for over 15 years and will never go elsewhere. The staff are lovely and friendly and make you feel so welcome. Lisa takes time to listen to what you want and is always up for suggestions on new colours and styles. I also love the fact that lisa and her staff do a lot for charity. Well worth a visit .
