Damien gave me a fantastic skin fade today. My hair is very thick and dark, and my scalp is very white— quite tricky to fade well. He took his time and was meticulous, listened to what I asked for and did just that. He should be charging more for his skills! 5/5 highly recommend

was ok but the barber in there did take 30 minutes+ to cut my hair and did carry on going over the same areas. I'm in Plymouth for the navy but do have a hairdresser in the family and this cut was not short enough in and i felt it was slightly longer on one side. its ok but could just be faster.

I visited Rogers Barber Shop for the first time the other day having recently read articles in the Chronicle and Plymouth Herald about the business celebrating its 50th. Anniversary Year. After a warm welcome and a short wait I was seated in the barber's comfortable chair in what was a clean and bright salon surrounded by shelves displaying the most extraordinary and colourful number of decorative mugs I've ever encountered. Getting down to business I was asked if I would like either a scissor, or, clipper cut and selecting scissor's I was given the most excellent and professional haircut and one of the best, if not THE BEST available in Plymouth's Ocean City. Thank you Mr. Rogers for your welcome, convivial conversation and above all your professional expertise. I will return!

Rogers is the Barber experience we all look for. Set in City centre between Royal Parade and the Barbican. Plenty of Parking around, on and off street. I have been a return customer for many years and, having tried others closer to home in Plympton, and i always come back to Damien and his team at Rogers. Very professional and you see the Young and old regulars because they Give you the hair cut that you ask for. The business is popular with those in the know, wanting a complex modern cut or a traditional Barber experience. Always friendly and Polite as well. This Barbers has been going for many years and there is a very good reason why..... Its Good .

I can't speak highly enough about my first experience at Rogers Barber Shop in Plymouth. From the moment I walked in I was made feel welcome by the staff. The shop was clean and organised - a very professional yet laid back atmosphere was refreshing. Prices were more than reasonable and well worth the quality of the cut i received. This is a proper Barber shop. Like anything done well, the haircut takes time and that means there's a bit of a wait, but it's totally worth it. The customer service is excellent, friendly conversation makes the whole experience very enjoyable. All for £9!

I moved to Plymouth 9 months ago now. I also used a Turkish barber back in Brixham where I used to live, but ever since I moved here I was sceptical about changing. I tried Kool Cutz on Ebrington Street once, and he was good, but he wasn’t the same. I travelled back to Brixham every 3 weeks to get my hair cut done, saw my family at the same time, but the haircut was also on my list of things to do when I went back home, no matter what. I was looking last night at barber, and this one had the highest rating, bar one barbers up in mutley which had 5 stats and over 100 reviews which is very impressive. This one has a 4.8/5 with only a single one star review, only due to a guy complaining about wait times, not even having a haircut done here, but wait times are so understandable, I hate people who can’t be bothered to wait in a Queue, when they wouldn’t be able to serve people any faster themselves. Anyway, 10/10. Very thorough, clean, and paid so much attention to detail, he even triple checked my hair at the end and gave it one last browse through just to make sure it was all done to the best of his ability, and when he noticed bits hadn’t been done he would just quickly, go back over it again with great attention. I will be returning here again. Great cut, good atmosphere, staff all seem very nice and not once was any of them checking their phones, or had any lack of concentration due to the cutting of others hair. Have to say I’m very impressed, I’ve walked past here a few times before and never noticed how nice the inside is compared to when you walk past and just look at the outside. It’s a whole different story.

Professional barbers and always a delight to visit. Fast became my regular after a chance use. Very popular in the city, so it can be very busy and a bit of a long wait during peak times i.e after school or lunch times. However, If you time it right, you always get seen to within about 20-30 mins max (which is very reasonable compared to some other barbers I've visited). Definitely will use again and again.

Something for everyone. Good fresh vegetables and fruits. From gold exchange to toy donation, cafe on ground floor and cooked food on mezzanine. What a choice. It's a busy place when festive season is upon us -- also- quite busy when raining!! Toilet s available including those for disabled. All clean and well maintained. Plymouth Market is a good hunting ground
