Brilliant salon. Been coming here for over 15 years and would definitely recommend. Everyone is really friendly & professional. Nicola is a brilliant stylist. I used to hate the hairdressers & being pressured to buy the products but this doesn’t happen here

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. Greeted warmly and promptly. The place is beautiful and spotless. Lisa who did my swedish massage was friendly and talented. I have come away feeling relaxed and loose. I will definitely be going back.

I have used Flame Urban Spa twice so far. I have found the staff to be polite and professional. I had my hair cut and blow dry by Jen pre-Covid and she was amazing. I was nervous for my 1st intimate waxing today which was done by Lisa, she made me feel clam and the atmosphere was good. Vanessa was very informative and friendly. I will be using them again and would recommend. Also a great bonus is there ample parking.😄

Amazing customer service, I have been having my hair cut and coloured at Flame for about a year, always very happy with the result and made to feel welcome. The other day I bought a curl bar from the salon, when I got home I couldn't get my hair to curl so I phoned the salon to see if I could exchange or get money back, they asked me to go in with the curl bar and Alice tried the curl bar on my hair......it worked beautifully and so she showed me how to do my own hair, after my tutorial I can now curl my hair!!! Amazing customer service!

Been going to the same hairdresser since I was 19, who I trust implicitly and would never consider going anywhere else (especially as I still I trauma from the 1980s home cuts we all remember too well!) The Flame team have a knack of making you feel part of the family, the building is luxuriously spacious and wonderfully maintained, and I always feel pampered when I've visited. If you are considering a visit, do it, you wont be disappointed! 😁

First time going to any spa and they were so friendly! Lisa is amazing!! Had a massage and she is magic and so kind! Felt better before I'd even got off the table. Very friendly and welcoming and definitely worth every penny!

Very welcoming and have managed to book me in at short notice more than once. They do a good hair cut but it can get expensive if you buy products. The facials are relaxing but I didnt really feel any benefits from that and the massage is so good Im definately returning for more very soon. They do a mini massage at £15 and its worth the time and money. I would reccommed this.

I come here for my intimate waxing and Natasha does my wax she is so lovely and does such a great job and really takes her time to ensure every hair is gone to ensure her customers are happy.. it can be awkward going for this wax but she makes you feel at ease she is also so easy to talk to I just can’t fault this service

The staff were very accommodation, managing to offer me appointments for both a hair cut and shellac nails at the last minute. I was offered a drink on arrival and top ups whilst there and the staff were very friendly. Came away feeling like a new woman 😁

My hair was a bleached mess. I was getting my roots done along with a cut and blowdry and could not believe how amazing it turned out. Through bleaching my hair myself it had turned into a bit of an uneven state and I had had enough. My hair dresser ended up going over my booking time (as she wasn't expecting such a job) just to sort my hair the way I wanted it coloured and asked plenty of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was wanting. She explained what she was doing along the way and gave me home care advice for keeping its fresh look until my next booking. This place is amazing with amazing staff behind it.

I can't say enough fantastic things about Flame Urban Spa. I've been going for over 7 years now and travel from St.Annes to visit regularly! Nat is the queen of colour and has been my hairdresser since I started going, she's absolutely amazing. Hannah did my Mums hair last time I was there and she's so friendly, great at colour & cuts! Sam always does my beauty treatments and I can highly recommend her for semi permanent eyelashes & make-up. The whole team here are friendly, personable and amazing at what they do. Go, relax with several brews & biscoff biscuits and let this wonderful team SPOIL YOU ROTTEN!
