I politely knocked on the door and got the attention of an employee. I've personally let them know that this is wrong. I'm not too fussed as I can come back another day, but this should be fixed so that other potential customers aren't disappointed.
I will say however, this is my favourite barbers and they do a lovely job and are a friendly bunch.
(I'll raise this reviews rating once this matter has been fixed)
