Highly recommend! Got my haircut by Lewis, he took the time to explain the issues I was having with styling my hair. Honestly the best haircut I’ve had in as long as I can remember.

Waited 55 minutes past my appointment time. Wasn't impressed. However, redeeming features included decent staff who were very apologetic. Moreover, a prompt apology from the company with an invite to return to experience better service makes me sense this was in all-likelihood a one off. Hair cut itself was a 5/5!

As always 1st class service

This rating relates to Justyna, she is one of the good ones. I often flip between the two branches to locate where she’s working. A top, professional stylist. If I owned the salons, I’d be looking to promote her to salon manager without a doub. Some of the team are very hit and miss and lack professionalism. Justyna doesn’t though, a lot of the others should take note and the salons would be much better and probably the negative reviews would lower.
