I had Olivia doing my haircut and she was absolutely brilliant! I have quite long hair and didn't want too much taken off, I told Olivia and she did an amazing job! She was super friendly and very professional! I have found my new favourite hairdressers!

I don’t usually bother with reviews as nowadays everything everywhere seems to be so much of a muchness at best but I feel compelled to make an exception about Trevor Mitchell in Bedford Place. I have to be honest, in all my years, and there have been many I have never had my hair coloured at a professional salon so I was a little apprehensive but Jodie my stylist made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and proceeded to do an excellent job and explained exactly what she was doing as she went along. I was and still am so pleased with the outcome. What I wasn’t expecting [and another first for me] was the amazing scalp massage from Olivia – all included in the price. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and empathetic – even Angie the salon manager found time to come and introduce herself and check I was comfortable and happy with everything. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and everything was of the highest standard even the coffee & biscuits! All in all I was made to feel like their only customer a really great experience, good value and highly recommended – and as I said at the top something must have been good for me to do that! I had my hair cut by Agnana and she did a wonderful job. She took the time to consider my hair type and the cut that would work for me which I really appreciated. The salon itself was clean and was managing the covid 29 restrictions well. Will definitely be going back!

Was my first visit to the salon today . My sister and I went to get out hair cut. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles. I felt at ease instantly and could not have had a better experience, head massage was amazing , cut and finish was amazing . The hairdresser knew exactly what I wanted which was perfect😊

After my normal great haircut with Angela, I was looked after by Olivia. It's easy to forget the juniors but she was so very attentive to my needs the whole time I was there, whether it was regularly checking water & hairdryer temperature, if I was ok for drinks as well as anything else generally she could do for me. And she gives the most relaxing head massage, I could quite easily have fallen asleep. She's a credit to a very professional salon

I don't think there's a better hairdresser anywhere around. Im pretty picky with my hair and had tried several places. After coming here I've not gone anywhere else and come from Bournemouth to go here. I've had my hair cut by Milly and Trevor both of whom were incredibly friendly, and I got by far the best haircuts I've ever had. Really can't recommend this place enough. Simply fantastic.

Jodie cut and restyled my hair which used to be long. I had it cut into a short bob recently which didn't suit me at all, so I went to Trevor Mitchell's and Jodie created a short cut which is fabulous. the cut is brilliant. I will be coming here from now on without a doubt! Lovely salon too and lovely people.
