2022 I've always gone to Dave who has now retired, so I swopped over to Sarah. I was feeling a bit apprehensive coming up to my appointment as Dave had cut my hair for over 25 years. Had my first cut with Sarah and I don't know why I was worrying! Sarah chatted to me about my hair as obviously I was a new client to her as well and she did a fantastic job, so I will carry on seeing Sarah hopefully for the next 25 years! Booked my next appointment as I left which I always did with Dave. Hope you enjoy your long overdue retirement Dave but please be assured that the salon will carry on under the capable hands of Sarah. 2019 Have been going to Cookies for at least 25 years - Dave and Sarah are really pleasant people who enjoy their work. Always satisfied with my hair - never had a bad cut. The salon has just had a lovely makeover - nice bright and modern.

I have been coming to Sarah at Cookies Hair Design for many years, from a very young age and I couldn't ask for a better service or result with my hair. Over the years, I have tried to experiment with my own hair on my own and have on a couple of occasions badly damaged my hair through my own mistakes. If it wasn't for the help, guidance and knowledge/experience of Sarah, persevering through the tough stages, I wouldn't have the thick, long, fantastic conditioned coloured hair I have now. Fantastic products, colour, guidance, professionalism and experience. Would recommend every time. Thank you to Sarah and everyone at the salon for always giving me the hair which boosts my confidence completely.

I've had my hair done here for years. Its a great location in the city center and Sarah is a colour master. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She also does my Small sons hair and she is great with them and makes them very relaxed. Highly recommended.

Always have Charl do my hair. Everytime she does it I love it! Always cuts it perfectly and always makes sure that I have a style that suits me and makes sure I'm happy with the decisions she makes. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend using Cookies!

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for the last 30 years starting with Dave and now Sarah. Even my mother comes here! Excellent stylist and colourist, I couldn’t recommend Sarah anymore.
