Definitely the best hairdressers in stoke. I have used this hairdressers for a few years now and these ladies are the only ones I would trust with my hair, they are so passionate about what they do, and are honest if they don’t think something would be a good idea. My hair always turns out beautiful, and I always go in and come out feeling extremely confident! The last 2 pictures are yesterdays project and I’m in love! Thank you all so much❤️

I never go anywhere else now ! Been using this hairdressers for roughly 5 years and always come out with exactly what I asked for no matter how extreme at the time. Staff are lovely and friendly. Such a welcoming atmosphere. I never feel rushed whilst I’m there and enjoy a good experience. I love that I feel listened to and no matter which hairdresser I see they always do my hair exactly how I want it, no extra unexpected inches taken off like previous salons! Won’t go anywhere else now 😊

Hair & Co is fantastic! I normally have a perm and a cut when I go to them and they never disappoint. The staff is dead nice and friendly. They always offer you a drink and they make sure you feel comfortable. Mark is the one doing my hair, and I can only sing the praises of him. I even get people on the street and at work complimenting my hair and the best part is they think it's naturally curly. I'm now known as the one with the curly hair, and it's mint😁 And the prices are fair as well. I would recommend it 100%

I had my hair done at another salon and absolutely hated it, they'd bleached it way too light and I didn't think I'd be able to get it how I wanted it at all. Made an appointment at Hair and Co after reading some reviews online and Jackie worked wonders and I am in love with my hair now! 😍 I have really bad anxiety going to new places normally, but all the staff were really friendly and helpful. I've been there yesterday for the first time and I am so happy for my decision. I was lucky as I've found staff of Hair&Co very professional. It's not a posh place (what is a big plus). It's friendly, professional and a very good place with amazing staff and good prices. I didn't expect miracles, as my hair were not in the best health. I recently popped Hair & Co a visit a few day's ago, and like every other time I have been the experience was amazing like always. The staff are extremely friendly, the place is always very clean, and I always feel at ease. Hair and Co are such a fantastic Hairdresser's and I have been with them for years now, and would never change. I had a cut and colour done and the service I recieved was amazing, Kirsty was my stylist and she did a amazing job at talking and seeing what I wanted out of the visit to the salon. Have tried a few different salons, but after going to Hair & Co I won't be going anywhere else. Had highlights and layers done here a few months ago and I get so many compliments on my hair! Also go in for regular fringe trims, which is super cheap here. And the staff are always lovely!

Went for a balayage and the staff here were lovely from the get go. I have Asian hair so it went a little bronzy and Kirsty did say to use purple hair masks which I did but my hair was being stubborn. I rang and they toned my hair for me again and it looks great now! Lovely staff and really patient to hear and listen to what you want and they are very skilled and experienced to give you what you ask for!! Amazing salon, thank you!!!!! Fully recommend !!

The best thing about the place was the friendly environment. From my stylist to the owner, everyone was so helpful, welcoming and listened to what I was asking for. I went in nervous, and Kirsty was absolutely wonderful and attentive. And given my type of hair, I honestly didn’t think what I wanted could be achieved but she did an excellent job! Never go anywhere else since I started coming here years ago. All the staff are friendly and always welcoming. They always do an amazing job and always go the extra mile. Kirsty is brilliant! My hair is stubborn but she always thoroughly goes through the my options and always does an outstanding job. The girls are more like friends than at your normal go to hairdressers. Never any awkward silences or just talking about the weather. They get to know you and know how you like to have your hair done. The service is amazing. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Especially going through the pandemic. They all wear masks, it’s clean and seats are placed away from other clients. They all take pride in their work and the outcome of your hair. Definitely worth 5 stars ⭐️

Iv been going to the same hairdresser for years so when my niece was getting married in Leek, the other side of the county I was worried about going to somewhere out of area to have my hair put up. I came across Hair and Co in Hanley and met a lady called Kirstie …. ( who is an absolute credit to your company) I was put at ease straight away my hair was fabulous and lasted all night and day. I visited the salon on Monday for a consultation as I’d used a mobile hairdresser and my hair was completely destroyed and I absolutely hated it. I went in and saw Kirsty and she was amazing, advised me to book in and she would try to see what she could do to the best of her ability. I went in today and my coat was taken as soon as I walked in the door and I was offered a drink. Everyone in the salon has amazing customer service skills, very friendly and welcoming. The staff are amazing!!!!!.. it has a lovely warming atmosphere, they were all so kind and attentive. I had my colour cut and style transformation by Olivia who I can’t thank enough ❤️ My hair is generally difficult to colour and the texture is somewhat dry and brittle. I had grown out an inverted balayage lob so it was neither here or there in length and a mish mash of colour. After sitting in the chair the professionalism of understanding difficult hair and what best to do with the shape and colour was brilliant. She’s so passionate and highly creative her work shines through. High end results worthy of any photo shoot!!!! She provided me with after care advice, options to pop in and have a freshen up tone cut and blow. The prices are exceptionally reasonable for the high end, innovative techniques and glossy finish you get. Please if your thinking of getting your HAIR fixed, transformed or just want a change - VIST HAIR & CO !!!! 10 out of 10 ❤️

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and have a lovely sense of humour, even putting up with the constant questions from my waiting fiance. The quality of their work always surpasses my expectations and today was no different. For the 3 hours it took to thin, dye my hair 2 different colours, cut and style my very long and very thick hair I appauld the brave staff and really appreciate their patience with my indecisiveness. It is definitely a task a thought would take a lot longer! I've been coming to this salon since February of this year. My hairdresser is named Kirsty and she's very professional. She's excellent on Afro-Caribbean hair. I have Caribbean hair , my mother and my eldest daughter. She does an excellent job on mine, my mother and my daughters hair. Mark the manager is a lovely man very professional. The rest of the staff are pleasant to me, Mother and my eldest daughter. Yes Kirsty does my mum's hair too. I highly recommend Kirsty she's lovely young lady.

I have been a regular client at Hair & Co in Hanley for many years and must have had my hair coloured and cut/finished by every one of the technicians and stylists in that time. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every aspect of your appointment is professional but friendly. There is always a thorough consultation with your colour technician and stylist so that you can explain exactly what you want and the colour/style you want to achieve. All of the staff are exceptionally well trained and are up to date with the latest trends so you can always feel confident asking for something new or a bit different. If you are not quite sure what you are after there are mountains of style books to look through for ideas and inspiration. I always leave the salon feeling like a million dollars and to top it off find it easy to style my hair myself at home afterwards because the cut is top class.

I went to Hair & Co for a standard cut and dry, on a whim, and got an appointment on the spot. My first impression was excellent. The Salon is clean, stylish, and the staff very welcoming. I was offered a hot drink, well appreciated on this cold day. I'd add that the lights are not too bright, which is often over-looked but so important, and that the Salon is on the first floor, so passers-by do not see you while your hair is being cut. My stylist was Stephanie. She was friendly and professional. She made sure I was at ease and comfortable in my seat, and took a keen interest in my conversation, which is a massive plus when at a hair salon. She seemed very expert, listened to what I wanted, gave very pertinent advice, and we ultimately settled on a soft layering to put my natural volume and curls to their best. I particularly appreciated her asking about my hair routine, and whether I put my hair up, to ensure my hair looks great even when walking the dogs. The cut itself was enjoyable, she is a quick worker, did not keep me waiting. Her conversation made time fly. The styling was fantastic. She did not push or try to sell any product, and accepted not to flat iron my hair when I asked her not to. Finally, before I left, she noticed it was raining, and offered to put a bit of spray so the rain does not ruin the effect, which I thought was really clever of her. My hair looks great and healthy, I am very happy with the service, and I am confident I can easily re-create the look at home. I was charged £23.95, as I was a pop-in (you will know it's a pop-in when the sign is outside the Salon), and a regular appointment would have been charged £29.99 for a cut and dry. I thought the price was excellent for the service. I know that the salon offers discounts for students. I will definitely be going back to Hair & Co for my next cut, and will be asking for Stephanie again.

Hair and Co is possibly one of the best salons i have visited! I visit every few of weeks for my regular wash and blow dry, and have done for the past two years or so now! As the girls know my hair is an absolute nightmare to dry and straighten with having afro hair, and although the salon is not specialised in afro-caribbean hair I cannot fault any of the girls who have had the chore of tackling my mane! I always leave more than happy with the outcome, its always such a transformation from how it looks when walk in! Krissy in particular always takes time and care to make my hair impressively pinpoint straight (which can be a challenge!) All stylists are lovely and friendly and actually show an interest in getting to know their clients, which cant be said for other salons i have visited in the past. I have also seen Steph a number of times who always has all the time in the world for me and always does a brilliant job! Always received 5 star service every time I have visited! Would definitely highly recommend to anybody considering visiting the salon😊
