O. W.I have been having my haircut & coloured here since this salon opened in Tadpole village and it’s brilliant. The staff are so kind, friendly, & professional. They treat all sorts of styles & types of hair here, I am so pleased I decided to give them a try. They were so helpful & reassuring especially with all the covid restrictions. They made me feel very safe, and comfortable through the whole two years. 🙏 I can’t recommend them more highly, & I have all my appointments booked a year in advance so when I travel I never miss one 🙏

G.I have been going to Jessica’s on and off for a few years as I have a hair system, Jessica’s approach has always been second to none and they genuinely do everything they can to make your visit that extra bit special. It’s not like a quick in cut colour and out, it’s more high end with a variety of drinks and reading material available.
Jessica’s staff work very hard and have always been nice and respectful to me.
I value Jessica’s knowledge and approach to hair and beauty and thank the team for always working very hard all year round!

The salon in Tadpole is an absolute credit to Jessica and the team - really modern, stylish and welcoming! My most recent stylist (in the last couple of years) has been Kate who has always done an excellent job on my hair and I am always really pleased with the result. The JHB team are always super friendly and professional when I visit. I have recommended friends to the salon who also now love as much as I do! It would take a lot now for me to find another salon in Swindon as good as Jessica’s.

She employs high quality stylists, and they do the best job, and always make me feel at ease whilst doing it.
Jessica also gave my children their first haircuts and took such care to make it fun for them.

P. T.I had my twin girls hair washed and cut today. The staff were very friendly and made my girls feel very comfortable. I was also offered a lovely cup of tea while I waited. Hair cuts were lovely and the price was very reasonable. I have booked the girls in for their 8 week trim already. I would highly recommend, especially if you have kids or toddlers.
T. W.I took my son here for his very first salon experience hair cut (He is 3 years old). The salon is obviously very new and it is sparkling clean! It is very light and modern and exactly what you would want from a salon experience!
A young man had the task of cutting my son's hair and I think he may have been new to the trade as he seemed a little nervous... However, he was amazing. He was really patient, he interacted with my son and he asked what we wanted done and executed it perfectly. He was really thorough, checking his work again and again (which I am totally fine with, I'm a fan of a perfectionist!) He was really amazing and I'm sure he will be a great asset to Jessica's in the future. We will be booking back in with them again! (My son loves his hair cut by the way!)
C. L.I visit this salon every 4 weeks to have my roots coloured/balance refresh and I’ve always been greeted with a smile and left feeling satisfied with the end result. I have had many different stylists do my hair, (Jessica, Jade, Elz and Chloe mainly) and they are all very skilled and listen to exactly what I would like. The salon is beautiful and for me, the location is ideal. Very happy with the level of care and service received on every occasion.
