Fancied a change from my usual grade 2 cut all over. Tried here for the 1st time and mentioned I'd like something similar to the barber who cut my hair. I got a great cut and really pleased with the style. I think I've found my new barbers

I like this place a lot. The guys and girls working here are easy going and professional, and most of all, in a town where almost everyone needs booking, this place takes first-come-first-served approach. That's important for me as I don't have a set time for finishing my work, so one day could be earlier and the next day later but never knowing in advance which is which, so a booking system doesn't work for me. Just be sure you're there no later than 15:30 most of the days, if you want to get your haircut, and try to avoid school times as it tends to become really busy.

Okay guys - I've been twice now and both times the haircut has been good. However, both times the "banter" between two of the barbers has been inappropriate bordering on intimidating with lots of children in the room. Keep cutting, show a bit of respect to the clients and all will be fine. Somethings are best discussed in private.

I started having my hair cut here about a year ago and I being my 4 year old son with me who was 3 the first time they cut his hair. Everyone we have had cut our hair has been great and my son enjoys the experience. I cannot praise them highly enough.

My usual barbers was closed so went looking and came across The Mensroom and I have to say the service was fantastic. I believe it was Paul who cut my hair, he took his time to cut my hair to a briallant standard. He made sure I was satisfied and Everyone else in the shop were friendly and welcoming so I'll be getting my hair cut here from now on.

Turned away from Jabba the Cut fifty minutes before they were due to close as they were too busy, but found the Mensroom for the first time, who were friendly, approachable and went out of their way to fit me in without any issue. Will definitely be returning and recommending them!
