I've only been here once so far and it was great, Lauren was informed I had social phobia and was very understanding and welcoming. I love my haircut and I liked that she shown me how to style/take care of it. Lucy is an incredible stylist, she always listens to exactly what you’re looking for and makes it happen! Just been to Jakata for the first time to get my hair cut by the lovely Matthew. I have wavy curly hair and am very nervous about going to new hairstylists after bad experiences! Most of the time stylists seem to not know how to cut my hair properly with layers and texture to give it volume. However, I can honestly say that this is one of the best haircuts I've had! I felt like Matthew really listened to me throughout the cut and gave advice, and I left with exactly what I was after. He was very chatty and professional and made me feel comfortable. What can I say??? Laura is amazing and genuinely listens to you when you explain what you want and how your hair behaves. Even delivered as inarticulately as I my needs were, she helped guide me through what was realistic and achievable as a day to day style for the super lazy person that I am. She saved me from a previous terrible cut and explained how and why she was cutting it in such a way to help it grow into the style I want. I have lots of hair and she layered it to perfection whilst still leaving it full and bouncy. I had great product recommendations BUT NO HARD SELL! She is also the master at the conditioner massage!

If something isn't possible or your hair is in a bad way, they are professional with the advice given and look for alternatives. I have never come out of the salon with a style, cut or colour that i didnt love.

I will still be going back here when my hair finally recedes wearing a wig just for the experience. Best stylists in town hands down. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Always happy when I’ve been to JAKATA. Jimmy knows what is right for my hair, what works for me and how to style it. I’ve tried a lot of salons in Warrington over the years but this is perfect for me, I went to JAKATA 4 years ago and have been through; growing my hair, having it cut short, shaved off (the chemo months 😒) and now I have it coloured and bobbed and I can’t think of anywhere else I would trust to do this, I love the colour, love the customer service and love how everyone is so friendly.
