This is the second time I’ve been to Charlottes at Silsoe. The salon is gorgeous and staff are really lovely. Today I was a walk in client as was in desperate need for a gel soak off pedicure but had such little time. Both Charlotte and Krasi were fab and I’m really happy with the results as I suffer from dry skin. My experience was relaxing and the results are fab! For anyone going for a pedicure i highly recommend the luxury pedicure as the warm booties are just fab! Thank you for a great treatment and I will definitely be back soon!

I have been a customer of Charlotte's for around 3 years now, I cannot recommend the salon highly enough. I initially started using Charlotte's for my gel nails, I have never been disappointed and my nails never chip, peel or dull. I now have my lashes and eyebrows done and the odd tan here and there. All treatments are done to a high standard by professional and highly trained therapists. The salon is super clean, and of a very high spec inside. I highly recommend this salon.

I cannot praise Charlotte enough... I started going to Charlotte for gel nails about 18 months ago and I have never looked back. The service is amazing and the quality of finish and attention to detail on my nails is second to none. Charlotte is amazing at what she does and is willing to try any design I put in front of her. I have been visiting Charlotte at her salons for a number of years now and would never use anyone else. She looks after my nails, brows and lashes (extensions) and I can’t fault the quality of what she does!! Charlotte and all the girls take so much pride in their work and make you feel relaxed while in their care (even when I had to bring my boys in before covid, the girls were so accommodating with them 💕) and I always leave feeling fabulous!! They have worked so hard to open safely with all the restrictions and do their best to keep everyone safe! If you are looking for 5* treatments in 5* surroundings then look no further 🤍🤍🤍

I had a full set of gel extensions which look incredible, they look natural and just love them. I’m so picky about my nails and normally always feel disappointed after leaving the nail salon but I literally could not be happier, think I’ve finally found the best nail tech! Charlotte was so lovely & professional, she did such an amazing job. The salon is so beautiful too which is such a bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done, they also offer so many other treatments too so definitely the place to go!

(Great quality work, especially with nails compared to other nail tech’s out there) Highly recommend. The salon is beautiful, alway clean and since Covid, plenty of hand sanitizer around the place!
