VIP treatment and the best customer service I've ever had in the beauty industry. The owner took the time to make me a speciality coffee and introduce herself whilst Jolita went over my details with me. Beautiful shop and customers can help themselves to a drink (unfortunately no alcohol). Jolita really took the time to get my brows just right and talked me through everything I.e shape, colour etc. Ive already decided on my next treatment.......Fast forward to my next treatment and after getting my eyebrows and liner done Raza talked me into getting my lips tattooed .She asked for cash and I was happy to give her it but I was wary as she still hadn't entirely finished .I knew she was going through a difficult time so I gave her the benefit of the doubt.She has now ghosted me and I am unable to get in touch.Very disappointed and annoyed at myself for giving her the full amount before completion
