I recently moved in nearby and have been dying to try this place out! I have never managed to find a good nail salon that didn’t overcharge in Birmingham over the past few years but definitely very happy with this place. Everyone was so friendly and did a really good job with my nails. I had a new set of acrylics by Zari (I hope I spelt that right!). Always asking if I needed any reshaping or adjustments on them which is always something I appreciate! Very professional and friendly ladies and I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here by Mino, she takes full care of you and offers you any refreshments. The nails always last me a long time and they don't break off, I always get powder gel with shellac nail polish and its so worth the price. This is the only nail place I always go to because it never disappoints me.

Brilliant! First time here to have extra long nail extensions with special design (glitter and rhinestones) made - and I was highly impressed! Lovely, friendly and professional people and great work! WOW! What an experience I had this morning. Being able to go for a pampering with such a beautiful bunch of special peeps.. I was made to feel most welcome as it’s sure been a while. First my nails by the vivacious Minoo who I must add is Simply the Best at what she does and then my hair.. gosh it had grown right down the road. Sana did a Stirling job. Another warm beauty. And she did exactly what I’d asked her to. Then there is young Desmond who I believe cuts and beautifies the crowns of a number of ladies I know and little Iqra with the biggest eyes . Another talented busy soul. The prices are most reasonable and I’m a happy child and shall be back as soon as I need.

Amazing service from the staff! I got ombré gel nail extensions done, plus my previous shellac removed all for £35! I showed Mino a picture of the nail set I wanted done and she never failed to impress me. All expectations are exceeded and I couldn’t be happier! The nail techs really took extra time and care in doing my nails for me and made me feel very welcomed. I was also offered extra designs and options to include on my nails. The service was great and 100% professional! Couldn’t recommend them anymore!

Amazing service from Zari! She came on her day off especially for me and did a fantastic job with my wax. After what’s been going on with covid she made me feel safe and comfortable. She is very kind and caring and I 100% recommend her for waxing as she’s very gentle and takes her time to give you the result you want. I actually live in the centre and took the bus here, as the reviews were quite good but I don't think I'll be returning. The lady who did my nails was lovely but the salon is very overpriced. I've had better work done for less. The place is also quite unhygienic. I watched the lady who did my nails pulling out old grimy cotton wool from the fasteners they use to soak off gel right before using them on me. They were all sitting in a basket with old cotton wool inside and when she was done with them on me she put them right back into the basket. There was also general dirtiness around the shop and when I sat in the massage chair I sat in a moist towel that had been left there. As I said the lady who did my nails was really lovely and I can't state that enough but I didn't like the owner's attitude. As it wouldn't have been the first time that a new salon struggled to get my gel off since my manicurist back home lays it on quite thick, I tried to advise them to save time and got a really short and annoyed response. I wasn't trying to tell them how to do their work but to explain my own experience with my nails. I also was told I was 10 minutes late and that I'd have to wait in a school teacher tone, after misunderstanding the appointment time over the phone-not appreciated when I'm paying for a service. You should be apologetic for the misunderstanding, as I would have been if I wasn't getting told off.

Clean, followed COVID restrictions above and beyond. Well stocked, extremely polite and respectful staff. Professional as you can be with very easy going and rapport building style. My nails were acrylic and gel done by Minoo wow. and Zari was doing eyebrows and waxed for other clients but bought me coffee and very attentive I must say. Clearly care about client not just £££. Not just in seat, nails done and out door like most places. Really cared bout me and made extra effort to comfort me during my manicure. Bring mask pls. I love this salon! I walked in one day last year as I was passing and thought it looked lovely. Took mom there a couple of weeks ago, told the manager that its been years since her last professional treatment.... The manager was really friendly and understanding, manager said leave her with me we'll treat her like how she deserves... The trainee was very friendly too, she'd been trained to a very high standard and very knowledgeable about her profession.... Mom was extremely pleased with her haircut and her manicure.....
