I’ve been getting my eyelashes done at JK Salon since July 2021. I can’t tell you enough how amazing and professional this salon is! I always get Glamour Volume (5D) as I feel it suits me the best! I’ve had my lashes done by Jane who is the owner. She’s very friendly, absolutely amazing at what she does and most definitely knows her stuff! I had my lashes done by Val who was covering for Jane while she was away and she was just like having a second Jane! She was very polite, kind and took care of appointments extremely well! Most recently I had my lashes done by Zizi who is a new training tech and her work absolutely blown me away! It’s like she’s been doing lashes for years! Jane has taught her very well as she was absolutely amazing and so attentive! Not to mention, very professional, helpful and responsive to messages while Jane is away! Most salons I know completely fall apart when their owner goes away but that’s certainly not the case at JK Salon! Whether Jane is away or not you can always guarantee you’re going to get the perfect set of lashes! ❤️

After seeing how beautiful my son's partner"s eyelashes were after having them done here, I had to book myself in. However Jayne had done my sons girlfriends lashes but was on holiday so Val was covering. Val was lovely and made me feel so relaxed. She done an amazing job. I absolutely love them and have already booked in advance for a top up. Fully recommend this place and for one who was worried they would not look natural they are just perfect. I have had so many lovely comments about them. You can park right outside which is a bonus too. Thanks Val and see you soon. 🙂

If your looking for somewhere to get your lashes done then this is the best place in Birmingham. I have been going to Vale for many months now and every time she delivers spot on with my lashes. I get classic lashes done which are of a great quality and look absolutely fabulous. Vale is very professional with her work and I always get good comments about my lashes everywhere I go...!!! Definitely recommend going here xx

Jk lashes are amazing! I’ve been here a few times and they always deliver. The lashes they use are great quality and they last so long and don’t get tangled compared to other lashes used by other lash technicians. Jane is always welcoming and tries to squeeze you in if you are running last minute. Highly recommend!

Got my eyelashes done today cat eye. I love the eyelashes so much, so lush & so soft. I'm defo sticking with them. Customer service so good she gave me a blanket & had the heating on for me. Very gentle with removal of my previous lashes. These lashes are superb. And it’s 7 min walk from my house

Had my lashes done before several times in Kent (where I’m from) so wanted to find somewhere up in b’ham and this salon is brilliant ! After deciding your type of lashes; classic, Russians etc, the technicians then ask you want curl you want, what length, and the style (doll eye, natural, cat eye etc) with pictures for examples so you can really make a proper decision - I’ve never had that before and it made me a lot more happy and confident that I was getting the lashes I actually wanted. Everyone in the salon was lovely and my lash technician did a very professional job; I’m really pleased with my lashes ! Not even been 24 hours and I’ve had friends ask me where I’ve got them done ! Defiantly would recommend and will be coming back.

JK Salon is without doubt the best eyelash salon in the UK, I personally would never go anywhere else. Lash extensions that stay on for 4 weeks deserve to be shouted about in my opinion whilst looking amazing for the duration. You obviously have to take into consideration you are messing with your own eyelashes so some irritation might occur for a short while and that your natural lashes will grow so you may lose a few over time but it would be impossible for them to just drop off or be picked off (like one review said!!! and if you did you would not have any of your own lashes left so you would do the damage yourself) Jana is a highly qualified lash technician and her pricing structure reflects this and the quality of lash used. She explains the aftercare which prolongs the life of the lashes if you choose to follow it. Very flexible appointment system, always gets me in if I need to reschedule due to other commitments :) :) Zoe xx

The lashes themselves are excellent and I feel it's hard to find a good lash place like this. However they are quite pricy I had to pay £70 for mine and £60 for infills and the staff are very rude. When I say rude I mean they will be rude to you over the silliest things. So if you can put up with rude staff and paying a lot but having lashes that I struggle to find a place just as good then go here.

Updated review: After being made to understand hormones during pregnancy can really mess up your system, I went back to the salon after I had my baby. The results were different this time, Jane was brilliant and gave me the perfect look i wanted. Thank you Jane I Would definitely be coming back, it’s obvious my reaction was pregnancy related. Old review I have been extending my lashes for years without any reactions, but when I visited JK salon, I reacted horribly. My eyes were so itchy and swollen it felt like i have worms dancing in my eye socket. I had to pull them out which damaged my lashes. I believe the technique and glue used resulted in the reaction as I have since visited another technician and my eyes were fine. I'm not sure what went wrong as they have good reviews, but I would say avoid if you have any sort of sensitivity in the eye area.

I have been coming to Janes salon for a year now and won’t go anywhere else, she’s amazing at doing my lashes, she knows exactly how to style them so they frame my face and is so quick at doing lashes so I’m not uncomfortable, the lashes are worth the price as they can last a while, they are so full and lush and aftercare is great xx, so happy with my lashes and will always come back to Jane for top quality eyelash extensions 💕💋
