I have personally known this business for some years they are of a good professional standing with a growing and loyal customer base and adhere to strict legislation and card payment security at all times.
R. N.The 1st time I went to Nishi salon I was amazed by the way they sorted out my eyebrows.
They were in a really bad way.
The second time I booked an appointment for a treatment but turned up an hour early for it. Didn't realise Nishi was not going to be available around that time.
The girls called Nishi and told her I was in the salon and bless her she left what she went out to do and came running back.
That is what you call excellent customer service.
I felt so bad she came running back when it was my fault.
Now that I am a regular and I feel comfortable i have started with the laser treatments. This is amazing I went for my second treatment today. I was telling Nishi how amazing the outcome was. I would say it was a 90% reduction just from the 1st treatment. I never write a review but had to for the customer service and outcome of my laser I got.
Would highly recommend this salon.

The owner is very caring towards all her customers and would expect her customers to wait patiently during her busiest times in the salon and she attends to her customers as soon as possible. Any appointments booked beforehand are prioritised as required. The owner gives excellent training to her beauticians as she expects the service to deliver the highest standards of care to all her customers. This is why i am a loyal customer and always will be as she is the owner there!!!

K. G.Been going here for my eyebrows and face for 6 years. The owner is always friendly and asks about my family, job etc. I came here after having reactions at other salons. The girls who work there are very polite and quiet. It's such a good price for what you're getting. When I had a problem with a new girl the owner ensured that the girl did not do that skill without help until she got much better and was thoroughly apologetic but that girl doesn't work there anymore so no problems.
P. S.I have seen a big improvement on my face since doing my lazer hair removal here compared to places i've been to previously. Shop is clean and staff are friendly and professional. Would highly recommend :)
