I've been going to Shavata for about 2 years to get my brows, manicures and pedicures done and the customer service is always great. I request Jyoti every single time; she does the best brows and it's always such a pleasure to spend my pampering time with her.

I have been coming to Shavata for over a year now. I get my brows done with Daljit and I can not recommend her enough. She is patient, friendly and caring and She does an absolutely amazing job threading my thick asian brows giving them a nice and natural look. I have tried many places in Birmingham but non of them were as good as her.

Following on from many visits to Harvey nicks birmingham , I visit shevata most weeks , I always ask Beatrice ad I know I always receive first class service and also my nail polish always stays on longer! I have been visiting the Shavata brow studio at Harvey Nichols Mailbox Birmingham since it opened new doors late 2015. For me, like most women, would feel that having the perfect defining shaped eyebrows are essential. Finding the perfect technician is important as the perfect LBD go to dress, it can take a great deal of painstaking searching to find the perfect One, hence Jyoti Sabharwal is an excellent brow technician for me she is my one and only go to. Jyoti has the detailed eye, she knows and understands the client needs. Professional, Artistic and Impressive are three words I would use to describe her. I am always confident to call up the brow studio and have an appointment booked in at short notice subject to availability. I came with a friend to have a manicure with Beatrice and after my friend seen Beatrice's work she immediately booked in for a pedicure with her and we have been regular customers ever since. She is very charismatic, friendly and welcoming. Beatrice has the best customer service skills I've seen in a while, my friend thought she was the manager and was very surprised when she was told that she isn't as she is always very elegant and professional. Beatrice always has a lovely warm smile that greets you from the get-go, not to mention the wonderful coffee to go with it most definitely the best combo ;)

My own experiences shevada in Birmingham is fantastic. I always ask for Beatrice when I have my nails done . She is so professional , and helpful and the service excellent from her .The nail polish always lasts me a week , some of the others only few days !!!She has had lot S experience and this shows with her first class work. Jioti has been my therapist for over a year. She is excellent at her job and I wouldn’t allow anyone else to thread , shape and dye my eyebrows. I also go to her for regular manicures and pedicures and have found her a most careful and thorough therapist. She is also a delightful person , making the whole visit to the Shavata spa a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
