I've been going to Shavata for about 2 years to get my brows, manicures and pedicures done and the customer service is always great. I request Jyoti every single time; she does the best brows and it's always such a pleasure to spend my pampering time with her.

I always love going to Harvey Nichols for my nails. Shavata team of Beatrice, Jyoti and Ellen is amazing for nails and brows. I always love my time there feeling pampered and really looked after. Beatrice is amazing , she has wonderful customer service, great personality and pays great attention to detail and always looks after you really well. It’s like having a great catch up with a friend and getting nails done. And my Daughters love going there as a treat too. I highly recommend if you looking for a great professional luxurious place to get good service.

I came with a friend to have a manicure with Beatrice and after my friend seen Beatrice's work she immediately booked in for a pedicure with her and we have been regular customers ever since. She is very charismatic, friendly and welcoming. Beatrice has the best customer service skills I've seen in a while, my friend thought she was the manager and was very surprised when she was told that she isn't as she is always very elegant and professional. Beatrice always has a lovely warm smile that greets you from the get-go, not to mention the wonderful coffee to go with it most definitely the best combo ;)

My own experiences shevada in Birmingham is fantastic. I always ask for Beatrice when I have my nails done . She is so professional , and helpful and the service excellent from her .The nail polish always lasts me a week , some of the others only few days !!!She has had lot S experience and this shows with her first class work. I would always recommend friends family to Beatrice as she is number one!! She should be running the department as she is great asset for Shevata and Harvey Nicks 😀👍

Beatrice does the best manicures I have ever experienced, I have never had a disappointing manicure from her. Her customer service is excellent, getting your nails done in the luxury of Harvey Nicholls is always a joy, but the experience is made by Beatrice's eye for detail, her patience and her brilliant skill with nails.

I always go to see Bea in Harvey Nichols when I want some luxury in my life. She is expert at manicure and pedicures and makes you always feel so special and pampered. She always remembers what’s going on in your life and is so friendly and caring whilst giving you amazing sevice. Her massages are divine. Jioti has been my therapist for over a year. She is excellent at her job and I wouldn’t allow anyone else to thread , shape and dye my eyebrows. I also go to her for regular manicures and pedicures and have found her a most careful and thorough therapist. She is patient, friendly and caring and She does an absolutely amazing job threading my thick asian brows giving them a nice and natural look. For me, like most women, would feel that having the perfect defining shaped eyebrows are essential. Finding the perfect technician is important as the perfect LBD go to dress, it can take a great deal of painstaking searching to find the perfect One, hence Jyoti Sabharwal is an excellent brow technician for me she is my one and only go to. Jyoti has the detailed eye, she knows and understands the client needs. Professional, Artistic and Impressive are three words I would use to describe her. I am always confident to call up the brow studio and have an appointment booked in at short notice subject to availability.
