I have been going here for years and Simi is always the best at shaping my eyebrows. I am extremely impressed with their levels of social distancing and safety checks they have put in place now. They make sure there aren't too many people in the building, check temperatures on arrival and use hand gel. Thank you for being so safe!

Just had my daughter’s haircut upon a pre booked appointment. Brilliantly cut. She took her time and did a good job. She looked quiet skilled at what she did. Pleased with her work. Would recommend. It would have been great if she opened that door with a welcoming smile. 1 star less at rating for no welcome smile as I felt as if I had knocked on just an ordinary house door. apart from that a really good job done. I regularly go to Simi’s Hair and Beauty for my waxing treatments and hair cuts. The service is great and the staff are all very friendly. My waxing treatments are always done perfectly and the hygiene standards are outstanding. The hairdresser is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do with my hair. Simi has also done my hair and makeup for my leavers ball which was done amazingly, I was very happy with the results. Would highly recommend this company.

Overall great beauty/hair salon. I’ve had body waxing, facial and had my hair cut here. The beauticians are really nice here but you can end up waiting a little while but as it’s ladies-only in a private space, it is fine just waiting. Lady who cuts hair has improved, my first experience was not so great, but the 2nd time she got my hair perfect - just as I wanted. When I had my body waxing done, it was quick & I was made to feel comfortable - however, I feel for the sake of ‘speed’ they do rush even when 2 of them do it: often I find my hair is simply broken in rushing, and not pulled from the root, so some of it grows back within days. Also when I have had my armpits done, they do not pull the skin taut as they aught too or NOT go over the same place several times (like seriously, what are you doing to me right now?!!) & I am often very sore & bruised for days after so I just shave underarms now which is annoying (I suppose I could try somewhere a little more high-end for underarms (considering how rough they can be & how sensitive I am)... overall good service, clean place but need to improve quality of the experience.

Amazing! I have moved to Birmingham recently and am a bit hesitant when it comes to getting my eyebrows done. But Simi is absolutely amazing at making them more better. Her salon is clean and tidy, in regards to parking you can always find somewhere to park despite it being on the main road. Her price is affordable, and she will leave you feeling much better about your appearance.

Extremley impressed with the treatments I have at Simis Beauty. Today was my 4th round of a body waxing, I'm not the most tolerating to pain, Diabetic and sensitive with intimate areas. Simi makes me feel relaxed, comfortable, and her experience shows in her work. My full body wax lasts 45 minutes. The results amazing... Less growth, and overall a clean finish. I now laugh through most of these sessions. Simi is exceptional at making you feel great with superb results. No pushy selling, and objective about the treatments and advice she offers to you. When you give an exceptional service, repeat business follows. Nothing is trial and error at Simis beauty, Simi did my make up on my wedding day. She didn't push me into make up trials or hair pin up trials. Not that it's right or wrong!. Simi understood exactly what I wanted. My look was understated, graceful, yet striking. I guess what I'm trying to say is the best people in this industry, ask the right questions. I recommend this salon highly, clean, friendly, no pushy guilt trips, respect your privacy and most of all deliver.
