Had my brows waxed and tinted by the lovely Anna about a month ago. She did a superb job and they looked so much neater and nicely shaped to how they were before! Very chatty and friendly woman, she even persuaded me to buy the gorgeous butterfly blusher as well. The women are all so professional and talented in the Benefit counter in the Bobby’s store. They are amazing at Brows and I absolutely love going here to get treatments done!! Thank you ladies.

My mum and I were on a day out in Bournemouth and it was made even better by Katie. She waxed and tinted my brows and I really appreciated the time she took to make them perfect; they’re the best they have ever looked. My mum and I were blown away by her expertise on the Benefit products and just how friendly and lovely she was. We ended up buying loads of products and Katie is an absolute credit to Benefit.

Katie was absolutely amazing with me. She got my brows looking perfect and was very understanding with my brown needs. Just spent a fabulous few minutes in the make-up chair together with my daughter, Elle on the Benefit counter of Bobby &Co in Bournemouth. Our assistant was the lovely Anna who as it turns out was actually the account manager. She was so accommodating & knowledgeable with every single product, we happily spent almost £200 and will most certainly be back to spend with Anna again on our next visit! Highly recommended.

I had my eyebrows Waxed and tinted by Anna at the Benefit salon in Bobby's Bournemouth. Anna is so warm and friendly and put me at my ease, as it was my first time. She explained the process and took time to find out exactly what my expectations were. Anna followed all the health and hygiene procedures- everything looked so clean, organised and professional. I have returned 4 times now and couldn't recommend highly enough.
