Came here for a mother and daughter package and have to say was absolutely beautiful. The facilities were clean and the atmosphere was so calming. The treatments were amazing and I came out feeling so relaxed.....I would definitely go again 👍

So it's 3 stars because I have to rate two things and that's the happy middle. The neck/ shoulder/ back massage was absolutely fantastic! Really really good, I was properly impressed. The Indian head massage was a bit less intense than expected but still nice The massage area and chill out lounge are nicely decorated, really lovely.. the lounge is awesome, nice and warm and the furniture super cool Harsh contrast to the pool area. Steam room didn't work, there was trash on the floor, especially in the showers/ changing room. The whole are looks run down and old, just scruffy. I was the only person which was great but I wasn't impressed with that bit.. A bit sad as a bit of renovation and cleaning could match the pool area with the lovely spa area and the would be a great place to spend many relaxing days at..

I absolutely LOVE going here. The spa sampler treatments are a firm favourite, but whatever you go for will be wonderful. Very clean and nice staff too. I would love them to improve their cycle racks outside but really that's a suggestion for the hotel. 😊

I had the 90 mins elemis garden rose package. Amazing massage by Erica.Best facial I've had too. She does amazing body and facial massage. I've rebooked with her. Some points I noticed, no coffee. The pool area no longer has steam room but I know that's the hotel. And needs some tlc but jacuzzi lovely. Could do with some new shower curtains too.

Had such a good experience at forever gorgeous spa. Literally almost fell asleep at my treatment and It’s usually hard to get me sleeping whilst my massage so I’d highly recommend your try them for yourself.

Spa area needs a bit of tlc... Showers were dirty and run down, no keys for lockers, broken bits of drain around the pool, sand at the bottom of the jacuzzi, no steam room as advertised and generally run down.

Excellent spa. Has a gym, pool, sauna, steam & jacuzzi, but there were maintenance issues with the jaccuzi which wasn’t working & steam was closed for Covid reasons which was fine, as sauna was open. Pool was lovely and relaxing, albeit a bit cold. Changing areas were nice and clean. The massages were absolutely excellent. We went for the besties package which was £65 each for two 25min treatments each. The masseuse asked which areas to focus on and applied a really good amount of pressure. Their lounge was very tranquil and well decorated & I felt very relaxed after. Would definitely book again!

I visited the spa this morning, I am very impressed and I will definitely be coming back. I like the fact you can also use the facilities before your treatment. I didn't on this occasion but will next time I come in. I arrived a bit early and I filled out the health questionnaire and the receptionist suggested I might like to pay before my treatments as I was getting my nails done which I did as at other salons I've smudged my nails when trying to pay. I was shown to the lovely relaxation room while I waited for my therapist. I was booked in for a neck, back and shoulder hot stone massage and manicure. The massage was spot on and Julia my therapist checked that I was comfortable with the pressure of the massage and temperature of the stones. I was very relaxed at the end. Then I had my manicure, my hands are do soft and I chose a lovely blue nail polish Julia checked I was happy and chatted with me and I felt very relaxed. She suggested I waited in the relaxation room for my nails to be 100% dry before I left if I had time. I waited 30 minutes before leaving which is another thing I like as at other salons I have felt under pressure to leave straight away. 10/10 See you again soon, thank you.

This is by far the best spa salon I’ve ever been to, the main highlight for me was that not only do they have a double treatment room but they also have a triple one so my Mum, my Daughter and myself all shared a fantastic day being pampered together all in one room. The massages are out of this world and the girls that work there are so welcoming and friendly as well as being amazing at their jobs. Another highlight for me is the absolutely gorgeous and relaxing lounge that you have use of after your treatment, we were left to just sit and relax in there for as long as we wanted with free tea & coffee available too....absolute heaven!!!! I will go back to Forever Gorgeous as much as my bank balance will allow because it offers so much more than any other spa salon and the professional standards are 100% amazing!!!!

Outstanding! Been coming here since my 30th Birthday treat of a day of pampering, and have been coming back ever since. The staff are excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and exceptional at treatments of all kinds. Had nails, massages, facials and pedicures and would recommend them all. The treatment rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the relax in the lounge adds to the whole experience. Bringing my mum with me for many of the treatments, she would agree. We've enjoyed both the double room and relaxed in singles and it has been a real treat every time. Looking forward to booking the next treatment in!

I purchased the birthday package for me and my three friends. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. The staff are professional and the treatments are good. I enjoyed my experience, however I felt that as this was a birthday package they could of done a little bit more too make my day that extra special. A box of chocolates, champagne or some flowers. I would visit again in the near future. My friends all enjoyed the experience and would also visit again.

I've been to forever gorgeous for a massage twice, the first time was the day before my wedding and more recently in January. The spa lounge waiting area is quiet and tranquil and the therapists are friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend forever gorgeous.

Lovely calming atmosphere and brilliant treatments with friendly staff each time I have visited. I have given 4 stars as the last time I visited for a spa day (13/02/16) the Jacuzzi was out of order and the pool facilities were quite small compared to some other places I have visited. I can not fault the treatments however and would love to return. I can particularly recommend the luxury pedicure!

Booked here as a gift for my friends birthday. Could not fault the treatments, very professional and very relaxing, which is just what we needed. However we also paid for the spa facilities which were a bit of a disappointment. The jacuzzi had several tiles missing and was not not working, however we were not notified of this. The sauna didnt work properly as the door was broken, so the heat did not stay in the room. Upon leaving I noticed that the jacuzzi was working again. Once asked 'how was my visit' I did not complain, I just stated the above, and the receptionists response was 'well that's not my fault'. I merely told her how my visit was, so not really the response I expected to someone who was very helpful and professional until this point. Overall this was a lovely day, just let down by the spa's facilities which came as part of the package.

I've been for massages and I've been for manicures...whatever the treatment, I'm always received warmly and with professionalism. Forever Gorgeous is a comfortable, peaceful little hideaway where you are really made to feel welcome and can thoroughly unwind. It lacks the sometimes intimidating vibe of many spas and salons and uses a down to earth, cosy but still luxurious atmosphere to put its guests at ease. As a student, I love the fact that they're always offering good deals, making it possible for anyone to take the relaxation time they need. And even when paying a reduced price, I'm always able to bank on the fact that my treatments will be of top quality and that I'll be treated like a real princess! Definitely worth a visit!

I had a wonderful experience on my spar day treat recently at Forever Gorgeous - use of the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room with a relaxation room whenever you want- the body massage was amazing and facial using elemis products - all in all a great time with very pleasant staff - I thought it amazing value. We had a hen do here for ten people! Very smooth from start to finish with lovely treatments and our own private room. Lunch was very nice with some extremely impressive cakes. We were always asked throughout the day if we needed anything. 5/5 ⭐️

The Spa is downstairs at The Queens Hotel, just a stones throw from the clifftop. The pool is between 3' and 4' deep and was quite cool. The other facilities (jacuzzi, sauna and steam room) are quite cosy, seating 4 reasonably comfortably or 6 very good friends. There are no showers poolside, to use between sauna/pool/ steamroom , but the changing rooms lead off from the pool, so you don't have to walk far...although most peole didn't seem to bother whilst we were there. The relaxing lounge is a great space with sofas and round daybeds ( the wicker type you may have in your garden) with lots of cushions, unlimited tea, coffee and piped relaxing music. The treatment rooms are everything you would expect with heated massage tables and mood lighting. The back, neck and shoulder massage (25 minutes) was wonderful. The therapist checked for any problem areas first and also checked how much pressure was preferred. There was no pressure to get out of the room afterwards and a cool drink was provided. Overall a pleasant experience at a good price.

Beautiful. When I first got there I thought oh okay go down the stars and then through a door but that door led me into a heaven which is only a couple of minutes away from my house, when I went through to the reception they smiled and welcomed me in and it was oh so lovely. They led me into the lounge to fill out the forms and instantly I sunk into the sofa and the aroma is quite heavenly. I felt relaxed even though I haven't even started my treatment yet! I come here quite a lot and have had so many treatments done for example eyelash extentions and waxing but everytime I go I just can't get enough and end up keep going! I would recommend it to anyone and can't wait for my next session. keep up the good work girls!

Received the Elemis BIOTEC Skin resurface facial- when I arrived I was invited to sit in in the private lounge: when I have previously been to spas in the past, not all spas have had private lounges which was a lovely touch and very relaxing before my treatment. When I was invited in for my facial, I was asked whether I had booked a specific facial or whether id like my skin to be assessed, and I found this also a very pleasant touch as I wasn't too sure what facial I wanted, so it was reassuring to know that my skin could be assessed for the best Elemis BIOTEC facial. I am fully aware that I booked a 30 minute facial, however, it went very fast and as 30 minutes is not long at all it did feel like not much time was taken on each step. Not much was explained to me during the facial and it all felt quite rushed as I didn't know what each product was that she was putting onto my face, and before I knew it the facial was over. The fact that the facial was only 30 minutes and it was £40 seems a lot for what I feel like I received. Personally I feel like it should either be a lower cost for the facial or a 30 minute facial shouldn't be offered as it was so fast I didn't feel like I could fully enjoy what was done to me. A second disappointment which I felt was not made clear is that if you want to use the spa facilities you have to pay £10 each unless you spend over £50 on a treatment!! (and this isn't a deposit). Considering my self and my boyfriend had just spent £70 on 2 30 minute treatments between ourselves, this seemed an extortionate price to pay; we didn't pay It in the end and just left. It was a pleasant enough experience but I personally feel we spent a lot for what myself and my boyfriend received and we were in and out of there within an hour.

What made it unique was being able to have our massages at the same time in the same room so we could share the experience. I have been to some spa days on many occasions but this was definitely the best the young lady I had do my treatments Laura was just amazing, she had hands of an angel so relaxing would highly recommend.

I love this place. The beauty treatments are lovely and the lounge is very relaxing. There is no rush to get you out after. It is a little pricier than some other places which is the main downside, but the treatments are well worth it.
