K. H.Reading through these reviews it sounds like the receptionist mentioned had little customer service experience and company policy knowledge. I can confirm when I made my booking the girl was knowable and polite on arrival I met Dion who did my nails then made a fantastic job of my eyebrows tint and shape. I will definitely return, looks like they have sorted themselves out. Great work Dion.

C. S.I went here for the first time today, the sunbeds are great quality! It is £1 per minute to use but after my session I felt more relaxed about the price, also they provide nice little amenities (& free sticker tanning goggles, so no need to bring your own) ..It is a little busy in there so you may have to wait before using one of the sunbeds. The staff were kind and explained to me how it all works & I now have a great tan, so v. pleased!
However when they registered me I noticed that they did not ask for any ID for proof of age (I have a baby face and am asked for ID everywhere) I stopped using my last tanning salon when I noticed the manager was letting children use the sunbeds. I would hope that this place is more careful
L. D.Went to magic tan for the collagen bed. Chantelle was really helpful and explained how it works. After 2 x 15 minute treatments my skin looks much softer, less dry and fine lines on my face are less noticeable. Highly recommend it.
