L. W.I was very nervous and apprehensive about selecting a wig following my hair loss due to chemo. I needn’t have worried - what an absolute star Joe is! So professional and so experienced. An absolute joy to work with. He just “got me” straight away and knew what I wanted before I did. I showed him a picture of how my hair looked before chemo, he ordered some wigs for me to choose from, and a few days later I was walking out of the salon with my confidence sky high. Everyone I meet, can’t believe I’m wearing a wig, it’s so real and so close to how I looked before. Thanks Joe!💕💕💕💕

After struggling with an ongoing hair problem, Jo has absolutely transformed me today!!! He is so knowledgeable and so friendly and understanding! I had and have total confidence in him!!! K. a.When booking an appointment I would definitely request JOE. Omg he was absolutely amazing, from start to finish.
My mother in law was booked in to have a wig fitted due to her starting chemo. We were a little hesitant at first as we didn’t have the bestest welcome off the lady upon entering. Obviously with this being a traumatic time myself and partner wanted to be with her during the appointment. Joe was apologetic and absolutely amazing, I waited in the waiting area whilst they went through. Joe was so professional during the appointment, my mother in law was so happy coming out thanks to Joe. We then had to go back to collect the wig the following week, again amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to style and shape the wig to suit. We will be back soon to see you Joe. S. T.Joe is an excellent hairdresser. He is professional, kind and caring and always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I have everything I need. He always listens to how I would like my hair to be and he will make suggestions which we talk through together. During this pandemic Joe and Heather are very professional and adhere to covid rules. At no point during my visit did I feel at risk in the salon.

He made me feel at ease from the offset and made the experience of selecting a wig something that I enjoyed instead of dreading. B. B.Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Went for wig fittings prior to chemotherapy and Joe turned the experience from potentially a bit sad into something useful and great fun. He could not have done enough, and there was no sense of hurry or that I didn’t have endless time and choice. He obviously loves his job and is great at it, and I’m sure I’m not his only customer who has been very grateful for meeting him at what’s obviously a difficult time. Bravo Joe!

Then cut and shaped it just as I wanted.

Finally two weeks ago I went in and to say they have changed my life is an understatement.From start to finish heather Jane and analise were nothing but professional.They totally put you at ease and make the whole experience a positive one.I would recommend them to everyone !! Having a hairdresser phobia and having not been to one in five years to visiting three times in two weeks speaks for itself.Heather is meticulous in everything she does and will not let you leave until you are walking out of there with a smile on your face and a spring in your step.The products they use are of excellent quality.Definately a 11/10 for this salon.Thankyou all once again and see you very soon for my next appointment.
