Abi was absolutely incredible. Most of my bridesmaids and I came from the US to Wales for the wedding, so we didn't meet the Minxies team until the day of the wedding. They were incredibly communicative when booking the day, and their Instagram was perfect to help me find a style! Highly recommend the team to any brides, specifically Abi! She is quick, friendly, and professional. Her work is beyond stunning.

My bridal party and I were lucky enough to have our hair and make up done by Abi and Emily. We were SO happy with their work, we all felt beautiful! They helped make my wedding morning really special and putting me at ease. Emily was always checking in with us; asking about our skin type, how we usually like our eye make up etc, so we could feel as comfortable as possible in our make up. I would 100% recommend Minxies!

I was lucky enough to have the incredible Abi and Emily for hair and make up for the morning of my wedding and they couldn’t have been more incredible! Not only are they both extremely talented and did an incredible job making the whole bridal party look stunning but they were so friendly and we had the best time getting ready with them! They really became part of the action and made the morning even more fun and special! My bridesmaids have never looked better, my mum was SO impressed with her hair and little my niece felt like a princess. I honestly felt stunning on my wedding day and I only wish I could have them to do my hair and make up all the time!! 🤍

Wow wow wow! Where to even start with how amazing Jodie was. Throughout the whole process Minxies were an absolutely amazing company. Clear communication and a friendly approach. The day of my trial I was so nervous as I really wanted to feel like myself but also have more confidence in my appearance, as there's so much pressure as a bride. As soon as Jodie turned up I knew I'd found the perfect person to help bring my hope to life. Her make up skills are absolutely flawless and I've never felt more comfortable in my own skin. On the wedding morning me and my bridesmaids couldn't wait to have her join us as her joy is infectious. She created the perfect looks while making us laugh along the way. She was incredible and so friendly with our other suppliers also. I'd recommend her to everyone who wants a friendly face to create your dream wedding look

Emily was absolutely incredible. I travelled from overseas for our wedding in Wales, so we had a trial just one day before. Emily was calm, professional and absolutely lovely. Above everything else, she really listened to what I had in mind, was happy to use my own mascara (because I hold such faith in in not running!) and made me feel a million dollars on the day. I was so nervous to have professional makeup, as I am not a big makeup wearer. BEST DECISION EVER! Go for it.

Such a fab team who I would highly recommend. I had a lady called abi who did My hair and a lady called Emily who did my makeup. I was so happy with both my hair and makeup results for my big day. Highly recommend! My hair stayed perfectly all day even after dancing a Ceilidh and doing a dirty dancing style run and jump! Amy did my Hair and Laura my make up. I did a trial before hand and Laura changed things to exactly what I was happy with. It was the first time I’d had my make up done! It stayed all day and night, I didn’t even need to reapply lipstick! They were really calm and lovely to be with in the morning of the wedding. The bridesmaids had their hair done and absolutely loved it. I sent Amy a pic of the girls hair and the style they wanted before the day and she did it perfectly. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you xxx

I would highly recommend Minxies! I used them for my wedding at the weekend for hair and make up for me and my two bridesmaids and I also had a spray tan. The booking process was really simple. I really enjoyed my trial. I ended up having a different hair style to what I originally imagined as Abi tried something different as well and what she tried was definitely better. Lucy understood just what I wanted with my make up. Lucy and Abi were both brilliant on the wedding day. They made me feel really relaxed were really friendly and easy to have around. Jodie did my spray tan. It was great and looked a natural colour. I think for a bride, it's really important to feel happy, confident and comfortable with your hair and make up and Minxies made me feel just that. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself. 5 stars from me!

I can't speak highly enough about Minxies. I booked them for my wedding in November at the Oxwich Bay Hotel. From the very start Jodie made me feel so relaxed about my forthcoming wedding, nothing was too much trouble and Jodie always responded to my (many) queries straightaway. Lauren (make-up) and Angharad (hair) are both so, so talented, I really can't thank them enough for making my bridal party and me feel so at ease. From day one I can honestly say I felt I had known them for years. After reading this review, please don't hesitate to talk to Minxies. They are utterly fab!

I can’t recommend them enough! We booked them for our wedding in August (2018). I was nervous having someone do my hair having always done it myself. I have always done my mothers as well as I know what she likes but I cannot recommend Minxies enough, particularly Amy who did our hair trial and hair on the day. She did an amazing job! Wow?! What can I say about Jodie and Abi? Everyone needs them on their wedding morning. Can't recommend them enough! Infinity stars not 5 😍. Short summary: AMAZING!!!!! Jodie and Abi couldn't do enough to help and they were very calming when I was stressed. They even felt like a part of the bridal party as we all got on so well! We all had such a lovely morning getting pampered. Long summary 😂: They turned up at the wedding venue before us (8am) and were ready to start as soon as we were 😊. They worked on my bridesmaids while I was decorating downstairs. All of my bridesmaids were very happy with their hair and make-up (especially as some had had bad experiences getting their make-up done before with other people). They loved Jodie and Abi. They were also a big hit with the 2 babies who were there when we were getting ready 😋. When I returned from decorating Jodie and Abi made me eat and have a glass of champagne to calm me down before they worked their magic on me 🤣. They both kept me calm and even touched me up after my moment opening my presents off my husband to be (lots of tears). Considering I was very emotional all day you wouldn't have noticed as my makeup and hair stayed put all day! Trials: I had a trial with them both a year before the wedding (as I am a control freak 😂) and they both were very good and tried out what I wanted and recommended what may be good or suit me (they were correct lol). I then had another trial around 6 weeks before the wedding and this was even better! Trials are definitely recommended as they make you feel much more prepared and relaxed.

The Minxies team were amazing after I booked them for my wedding day. I came across them at Cwtchfest and had a quick trial for hair and make up...after that trial I knew immediately that I wanted them for my wedding day. I had a further make up trial as I wasn’t too sure if I wanted to change slightly however this was so easy to book and Nat listened to everything I asked for. On the day, Nat and Abi were amazing, juggling a bride, 4 bridemaids, a mother and mother-in-law. They made us all look fabulous and we all felt like a million dollars!
