Fantastic service at Jagwa. Tracy very kindly opened early for me so I could get hair cut and style, make up and nails done all in time for an early event. She and her daughter were fantastically efficient and I was so happy with the results in all respects.

Amazing service today by 2 beautiful ladies in the shop. I had hair and make-up within 1hr 15mins, they both took the time to make pretty and Wedding ready. Such a nice relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and they even have a residence dog which made my day. Highly recommend this shop.

As someone who rarely gets their haircut and sees it as a bit of a ‘treat’, I can’t recommend Jagwa enough. I’ve been coming her for eyebrow waxing since moving to Brighton last year and they are brilliant value for money and always shape my eyebrows perfectly. I decided to book a haircut here too and found the experience fantastic. Alero was so knowledgable, efficient and friendly. I have been a regular customer of Tracy’s and the Jagwa team for over 10 years, specifically for waxing (all areas!) and manicures and pedicures. After trying other places I can say with absolute certainty I’ve never found anywhere better. I always receive fantastic, quality service with either friendly, down to earth Tracy herself or one of her lovely girls. Jagwa is a well established salon and there is a lovely community feel about the place. Tracy knows all of her customers well as she takes the time to make conversation and get to know you, always ready with an ear to listen if you need to vent or ready for a good chat and a laugh. Going to Jagwa for your beauty treatment is not just a means to an end to receive a treatment but a social experience too and one that I always look forward to.

I have been visiting Jagwa for nearly 5 years and cannot recommend Tracy and the team highly enough. My shellac manicures and pedicures last far longer than at anywhere else I had previously tried and there are a fantastic range of colours to choose from. The atmosphere they have created is so warm and welcoming that you feel totally relaxed and ready to face the day again by the time you leave. An absolute gem of a salon.

I have been going to Jagwa for manicures and pedicures for over 10 years now. Tracey is an absolute gem. No matter how unusual my nail design requests are she always does a stunning job. I really treasure my time at Jagwa - it’s my way of treating myself and what better way than to do that, having beautiful nail designs whilst having a good old natter and a laugh?! I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to after I visited Jagwa for the 1st time. The owner, Tracy was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain in detail about the different facials I could have and what would suit my skin the best. I opted for a radiance facial it was one of the best facials ive ever had, it gave me the best nights sleep after as well. Tracy gave me a lot of aftercare advice which I found extremely helpful and the prices compared to other salons I have visited are very reasonable. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back.

Usually able to get a space quite last minute, they do their best to fit you in. Do phone day before / on day and you may get a space. Been coming here for 20 years !
