H. J.Came here for a Brazilian wax, unfortunately quite a few patches were missed. However I haven’t had any issue with ingrown hairs and the customer service was nice and friendly, so there were plenty of positives. Just a shame that a little more care wasn’t taken to ensure the waxing had been done thoroughly

v.Like this place. Great service. Always friendly and professional. However they have a strict 24 hour cancellation/modification policy that they enforce and didn’t appreciate that last week I tried contacting the salon for 3 days to change a booking (via phone, email, instagram) and eventually just gave up. The policy only applies when it suits them… unprofessional

Everyone knows that Brazilian waxes are not the most pleasant experience, but Laura was truly excellent, super quick, worked hard to make it as painless and comfortable as possible. We had a lovely chat too! A month ago I also had my first ever facial here and it was wonderful. A real treat/luxury and I will definitely be coming back for another soon. She made me feel so relaxed & was so friendly - even my boyfriend who came in with me said so. Very good experience & I'll definitely go back again & would recommend.
