A. M.Just had an amazing lava shell massage here. I feel so relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly, the place is so calming. Highly recommended a visit here. Just wish I could have a lava shell massage here every month!
M. L.I've been visiting Beauty at Serendipity for a few years now and I am constantly impressed by their quality treatments. For the past nine months I have been using their environ range, and having frequent environ facials after I was suffering from acne; I have noticed a huge difference and feel much more confident in my skin. The girls are so kind, professional and are always happy to answer any questions I may have. The overall salon is so relaxing, I could stay there forever!!
e. s.I've had my second lava shell back massage this morning, I am a convert! I have never been so relaxed. The effects lasted much longer than a massage without the shell and the heat from the first one lasted through to school pick up on a very cold day! My lava shell massages were done by Hannah. I have previously had massages with Lauren and Jodie and would highly recommend all of them.

J. J.Had the best facial today (dermalogica facial) by Gemma. It was so relaxing and the face massage seemed to go on and on, amazing, when the face mask is applied your arms are also given the full massage treatment, brilliant, it's more than a facial, well worth it, will definitely be back again.
