I've been coming to Botanical Beauty regularly for almost two years now for massage, nails and lashes. Every service I have received has been top quality and I would not go anywhere else. Both See and Alex make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your massage and are very knowledgeable and professional.

I love this salon! I go for everything, microdermabrasion, manicures, facials, eye lashes, massage and hair. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and good at what they do. Can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t be sorry you went!

UPDATED: Further to my review below, I was contacted by the business owner. She explained that she had been out of the country due to a family emergency and my communications had been overlooked. She responded to each of my concerns, and confirmed that they would now be offering the choice of male or female therapist, especially where more intimate treatments are involved. She also offered me the opportunity to return to the salon, free of charge, to have the treatment I was supposed to have and with a female therapist. I am delighted to say that I did and I am more than happy to amend my rating based on that experience. I found the therapist to not only be professional and friendly but also exceptionally good! I have booked to return in a month. ORIGINAL POST: Having read reviews, I decided to try Botanical Beauty for an "Aromaflex" treatment - a 55 minute treatment, including "aromatherapy back, neck, shoulders with 30 minutes of reflexology". My initial impression based on text and email communications were that they were friendly, professional and very efficient. My only comment was that they needed to add treatment times to their website. Sadly my actual experience did not match my initial impression. Arriving at the salon, reception was unmanned and the door locked. It was opened however, within a minute by a young gentleman. As requested I took a seat as there was a client ahead of me, just finishing up. The client came out of the treatment room smiling and relaxed, and I waited for the therapist to then appear. The client paid and then left. It was at this point I began to realise that the young gentleman was also the therapist. I am not prejudiced in any way against male beauty/massage therapists but I do believe I should have been asked if I am comfortable with a male massage therapist. The truth is... I'm not. I also pointed out to the gentleman (I was never given a name) that I was not aware I was to have a male therapist. There was no response to the comment. He locked the front door of the salon and proceeded to show me to the treatment room. I texted my husband as I wasn't comfortable but felt I couldn't simply walk out. The massage itself was fine but spoiled for me as it took me the majority of the time to relax. I also realised that I was not actually getting the booked treatment but just a standard massage. Afterwards I kicked myself for a) not leaving immediately when I realised I was not having a female therapist and b) not complaining that the treatment was not as booked. But to be honest, I did not feel comfortable to do either at the time. I followed up immediately upon returning home with the salon via email to explain my concerns. After one week of hearing nothing, I followed up again via email and via text but without a response. It was at this point, I decided to write this review in the hope that other customers at least know to ask questions / speak out if they are not happy.

I received a hot stone full body massage from See which was totally outstanding. I have been lucky enough to have had top Spa experiences at places like Champneys at Tring and several other top spa’s and See’s hot stone massage beat any spa experience I’ve had at several top spa’s all over the country . See is professional ,knowledgeable and warm which makes for a comfortable and relaxing experience. It’s a ten out of ten experience.

I went for a hot stone massage to botanical beauty and I must say it was the fastest 1 hour of my life, only because it was so relaxing that I didn't realise how quickly time went by. See, the lovely lady who provided the service was delightful and the overall experience was superlative. I am definitely going to book in another one for myself soon. Highly recommend.

I went there for their Valentine's Day package. It was a fairly good deal. I liked the pedicure - the lady that did it was thorough and careful, she took her time to work on exfoliation and cuticles. The hot stone massage was nice however the therapist did not ask about the pressure - I would have preferred it done a bit deeper. Stones were slightly too hot but not unbearable and the temperature reduced quickly. The facial was very good, a lot of time taken to exfoliate and deeply cleanse the skin plus micro needling. The staff were very friendly, professional and happy to accommodate for any changes you might wish to make. I enjoyed the treatment I recieved, only downsize was the massage was too gentle comparing to what I would usually have. Would definitely recommend. Prices are average rather than cheap.

Charming little beauty salon in the heart of Bradley Stoke. I visit it regularly to have my nails done by the lovely and talented Olena. Great customer service and value for money, plus lots of parking spaces outside Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre.

I recently went to Botanical Beauty for a full Swedish massage - could not recommend enough! It was really relaxing and I felt so revitalised afterwards. The salon is really clean and tidy, I felt completely comfortable having my massage done there. I have had nail extensions done here in the past and this is the only place I go. All the girls are fab and make you feel so welcome. 100% recommend!

I just had a lovely hot stone massage done by See. She was absolutely lovely and question me about any possible allergies to the oil, pressure and stone temperature. Everything was very clean and she kept her mask the hole time. The massage was just amazing and I will be back for sure! Strongly recommend it !!

Beautiful little salon tucked away in the leisure centre. the staff are lovely and accommodating. Was apprehensive because of the coronavirus situation but felt completely at ease as soon as I walked in. They are clean and professional and my aromatherapy massage was great, I will be returning and recommending!

I had an LVL lash lift done here by Olena, she made me feel so welcome and she really took care and effort to make me feel comfortable plus the decor is so cute and pretty. I'm so impressed with how my lashes turned out I will definitely be returning!
