J. H.I've always had the best experience at the beauty house and recently they topped their customer service. I was unable to attend my appointment due to a bad experience caused by an uber driver. When I called, the girl that answered was so understanding and cared more about if I was okay than the fact I missed the appointment. Later that day I discovered they had refunded me the full amount of my appointment which I did not expect. So, so kind. Just goes to show its not money first here but experience, professionalism and care.

A. W.I have been going to the Beauty House since it has opened, it is such a lovely clean salon. I have my lashes done every 4-6 weeks and have always been so happy with them, they always look unreal! I wouldn’t go anywhere else & would recommended to anyone wishing for amazing lashes!

A welcoming and friendly atmosphere each and every time as well as a the friendliest of teams. I’m always receiving compliments on my eyelashes and would recommend to anyone. I’ve also had my eyebrows done and a spray tan in the past which have both lived up to the same standard and expectations.

The whole experience from start to finish is so relaxing, and i always feel a million dollars when i leave. The staff are so kind and caring and their attention to detail always blows me away.
