Pros: very affordable Shellac, staff make the effort to fit you in last minute, are friendly enough, and the man I had did a nice job with my nails and I left very happy Cons: fumes in the shop are very overpowering which made me concerned for the staff. There's an obvious language barrier which wasn't an issue for me but might not be great if you like to have a chat when you get your nails done.

Had my nails done at this friendly salon for a few years now, never been disappointed. Im always made to feel very welcome and have always been pleased with my nails, highly recommend. The staff are kind to fit me in even when they have been extra busy. Just had my nails done amd they look amazing.

Great friendly service, very nice man doing my nails for me. Loads of colour choice and they give you plenty of time to choose. Its also a great price at £15 for gel nails. I will be going back and I do recommend it :-)

I really wanted to give this place a chance but unfortunately I won’t be going back after using them for over 6 months. The service you get is hit or miss. There were times when I loved my nails (hence 3 stars) and there were times when I really didn’t. If you’re unhappy with your nails, they simply aren’t willing to rectify it.They just look at you like it’s your fault. If you go back after a couple of days with a chipped nail which is probably their fault, they expect you to pay to fix the repair. The customer service is the main issue here. The staff are friendly until you complain about something then they have a whole new attitude and will not offer a resolution. You can get nice nails from this shop, but it’ll all depend on who does them I suppose and be ready to be ignored and mocked if you’re not happy with their service. They’ve lost a customer in me even though I was a regular. I only ever did the same type of nails every time so you would think there would be some consistency but that wasn’t my experience at all!

Been getting my nails done for a very long time, since having them done here I’ve never had any problems with them chipping or losing a nail. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their nails done. Staff are so friendly and always remember how you like your nails done 😁

Salon recently refurbished by new owners, extremely clean and thoughtfully organised, a series of covid preventative measures have been put in place. All staff are professionally trained and have multiple awards. Lovely owners and lovely people.

Such lovely people, I'm not one to post reviews but wow I'm happy. Always so nervous getting my nails done and always having bad experience and then finding somewhere else to go. But honestly if you haven't had your nails done befor I recommend this place! The gentleman I had did an amazing job. Took such care and was so gentle! I love it when people love their job what an amazing atmosphere. Would definitely go again!
