Parisa was just so wonderful and accommodating! I called at 5pm yesterday with an emergency as I was let down by another nail technician last night to do my nails ready for my birthday today. Parisa fitted me in during her lunchtime because she was booked up! She didn't rush and was ever so slightly late for her next appointment who was also a lovely lady and didn't mind. Thank you Parisa and next lovely customer for being so nice and making me feel nice on my birthday! I will be back ❤ Also... how gorgeous are my nails?!?!?! 💅 💙 ✨

Best place in cardiff for nails. I have used infinity nails since they opened, I get my nails done weekly with new colours & infills when needed, sometimes I can’t decide on a colour so I just leave it to the girls creative designs and I’m always very happy, I get my eyebrows done monthly, I’ve had facials & massages, I really enjoy the system chair pedicure with the massage chair. The staff are really nice and friendly, we have a great laugh & joke too Notice I have no cuts or blood around my cuticles …. Because the girls are trained to a high standard and cuts & blood are not normal so never put up with a salon that cuts you ladies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND infinity nails, online booking is the easiest way, all the dates & times are right there ready to book.

I've been going to Infinity Nails for almost a year now - Parisa and Roya go above and beyond for their clients. On one occasion, Parisa even re-did my nails completely free of charge when I decided (after a full set) that I did not like the colour choice. My nails always last me three weeks - excellent service, excellent quality from experienced and genuinely lovely team. Highly recommend.

I had my nails done there yesterday and it was outstanding. I gave her the photo I wanted and they look identical and they were affordable, there was a slight problem as I got back home I could see glue at the top of my nails but they came of.

The only place I will go in Cardiff for my nails to be done. My daughters use here too for nails and eyebrow services. Good price, super clean, toilet ALWAYS has loo roll, nails stay on for weeks! Make sure you book your apps because it does get mental busy with walk ins so always best to have your own app. Girls are all polite, funny and just generally lovely!

I love this place! The girls are all so lovely and kind and do an amazing job of my nails every time! I’ve had facials, pedicures, acrylics, eyebrows done here and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Good value for money too! The shop is always clean and the toilet facility’s are always lush!

I come here every 3 weeks with my disabled mother to get infills, and not only are they some of the loveliest ladies ever, but they are so accommodating with my mum and they don't make it feel like an inconvenience. They consistently check in with you through the nail process to make sure you're happy, and they're just genuinely nice to their customers. I had a set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Professional and knowledgeable staff. The nail bar is clean and very welcoming. I had nail art painted on which was done to a high standard. After my pedicure my feet were soft. An excellent service and relaxing experience. I will definitely be back soon.

Just returned from my first visit to infinity and it won't be the last. The most precise and professional set of acrylics I've ever had. I can’t rate highly enough, parisa is so gentle and patient. She operates as an appointment only salon at the moment as she is on the lookout for staff. She takes her time to ensure her client is happy with the results. She is caring and considerate she asks at every stage to make sure you are happy and will start all over again if something is not right, and will do all she can for her clients. She has an eye for the colour that suits you best if you are not sure. 5 stars are not enough.
