I had my hair cut yesterday by Tom and it was an amazing experience. Apart from an incredible haircut - Tom you are a hair wizard! - he is such an interesting and kind person. All the staff are also engaging, warm and attentive and in a friendly environment. Highly recommended!

Went to Ken Picton for my wedding hair (as well as my sister and my mum) and had a perfect experience. My hair was gorgeous and stayed perfect all day (16+ hours). I hadn't been to this salon before but will definitely come back. Thank you girls x

The first time I had my hair cut and coloured here I was a little disappointed with it, but when I voiced my concerns the stylists took it very seriously and ended up doing it again to get it right. I was so nicely surprised with their response and really happy with the outcome - so much so that I went back again. You can also have a glass of wine with your cut and you can't fault that...!

After being in lockdown unable to have my hair cut, I went for an appointment with Zoe. I went in looking as though I was a candidate for the sheepdog trials. I came out looking human so thanks to such a great venue and a safe place with staff all geared up with PPE x

My hair has never been so perfect. I have a curly and difficult to manage hair. I asked for a low maintenance haircut as I don't have too much time for styling. I picked Zoe to cut my hair based on reviews and her description on Ken Picton's webpage. And I am sooo happy with my choice. Zoe is a brilliant hairdresser. I wasn't sure what haircut to go for but she guided me, advised me the best possible haircut for my hair type. She did a brilliant job and I can say she is a perfectionist. I chose Paul to dye my hair. I wasn't sure what I want, what would look good, I just knew I want a natural look (even to get back my original hair colour) and to get rid of the yellowish tone of my previously (home) dyed hair. Paul suggested ombre. He did a great job. My hair looks natural and posh. Scarlett styled my hair. I got a wavy "star" look. It looks amazing. Scarlett did it in a way that even I can do it at home. And I can not forget about receptionists and other members of staff who made sure I have water, tea and a (or two :) ) welsh cake(s). I spent 4 hours at the salon and I enjoyed it. I can not wait for my next appointment.

Been going since it opened in the Bay. Very good quality, well run by Ken and all the staff are good and well trained. You will be offered a complimentary drink, the coffee is great. As you might expect, quite expensive but worth it.

Lovely salon which is pricey but in my opinion you get what you pay for. I am always happy with my colour and cut and can highly recommend Amanda and Stefan. The reception staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful too.
