Best hair salon in Cardiff! All staff are amazing, friendly and making you feel welcome. I visited the salon twice, for hair cut and hair colour change. It is always so scary to trust someone with a colour change but these girls are like magic fairies created an amazing result. I showed some pictures and explained what I wanted to achieve however did not expect that result will be so gorgeous. Thank you so much for such a beautiful colour! ❤️ Definitely will come back and would recommend this salon! ❤️😍

Very good experience here at My beauty salon. I came after 5 pm and they give me very professional advice regarding my hair. I have a lot of white hair and I’m careful with chemicals. The advice and the plan was convenient for me. I Dyed my hair and eyebrows and it looks much much better. I was happy with the price and I have got a discount. People were very friendly and careful. Even it’s a small place it’s cosy and welcoming. Definitely I will come back.

Excellent service, and the stylist was very welcoming. She did a good quality hair cut and always worked to make sure it was what I wanted throughout the process. What could have been better is to clarify more explicitly what length/style I wanted at the very start of the appointment, as I was not sure if the stylist knew exactly what I wanted until later on when I stated the length more specifically before she started cutting. But overall, a fantastic experience. They also gave a complementary loyalty card with discounts as well! Lovely new salon which has only been open a few months - go and check it out!

I had my hair done here just over the weekend and can not fault the staff. The girls are friendly, welcoming and so helpful! My hair cut was a clean cut and everything I had asked for. I’ve always been one to struggle with hairdressers - but finally find the one I am happy with! I highly recommend them to anyone! I was so pleased with my hair and the prices provided! Looking forward to my nails, eyes lashes and eyebrows to be done by these lovely, professional bunch of ladies! I would also like to personally thank the owner & the rest of the team for seeing me struggle with my 4 year old towards the end of my hair cut, and stepping in to sit and occupy him for the last 15 minutes of my appointment! - they truly went out of their way and can’t thank them enough!

I have been having my hair done with Fairy for over five years now. Every single time, the girls in work, friends and family have commented on my beautiful hair colour and cut. I’m naturally dark-brown, but when Fairy does her magic, my hair is a beautiful/ natural looking blond! I had a wonderful experience today. Thank you so much girls for your kind advice in searching for the right style for my wedding hair. I’m definitely coming back. I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Today I decide to treat myself with a cut and blow dry. I had a result I’m so happy with , I don’t have the best hair, but today my confidence has been boasted 🤩. I was listen to, and got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

The staff look after you here. As a walk in, i had my nails manicured and gel painted then removed several weeks later. All the ladies nice and work hard to keep the boutique looking professional and are friendly. Reasonable prices too.

The salon is fairly new, the decor and furniture is very pleasant. The staff are nice. I’m probably the worst customer for a stylist as I never know what I want, but my stylist was so patient with me. I found the basin too low and it was uncomfortable on my neck. The only other downside was that the stylist only washed the top of my hair. The back of my head and nape of neck wasn’t washed.

I have been having my brows done for a decade and the lovely lady here is one of only two people I would trust in Cardiff to do my brows again. She got the shape perfect and didn't break any of my skin. I have very sensitive skin which is why I have threading over other methods and often will get micro cuts. But she did the perfect, kept them thick, didnt overcharge, didnt cut me, and didnt leave a hair untamed. I dont know of her other services yet but can hand on heart rate them 100% on servicee and brows.
