I have been going to Steph and the girls for a few years, the service is excellent the girls are nice, polite and very friendly. The hygiene is immaculate especially during Covid. I went last week having booked with Natalia she is amazing always very maticulous making sure you get service of a high standard. I would defiantly recommend going here. I go every 2 weeks without fail

Simply the best, eyebrow threading and tinting by Mobina. Through Covid the cleaning of chairs and the shop have been spot on. I like the fact that they still ensure that everyone has to still wear masks (all the staff do to), makes us as customers feel safe. Thank you, I will be, as always a happy client of yours

I have been meaning to write up for these ladies for a while, as they don't get enough credit! Hands down the best Threading bar you'll find, they are so attentive - nothing is too much trouble and I always come out feeling fantastic. Stephanie the owner and Mobina are superb and so talented - wouldn't trust any other beauty salon. After everything that COVID19 has brought to us, I understand that salons have like many been badly impacted and I couldn't wait to get back in and support them. After all as most people understand - I am sure it has been difficult for all small businesses and yet these girls go up and above for their clients...Which is why I was so shocked when I heard they have had people complain because of guidelines set in place. They need to keep themselves and clients protected just as much as the next business. To the post before mine, sorry I couldn't really understand a lot of what you said but I gather you was unhappy about being told to wear a mask (the second time??) - perhaps you should have explained you was exempt and booked without a mask the first time for them to understand properly? Either which way I assume it is fake seeing as your reviews are all of similar bad standard which is a shame! If you had an exemption card and can't wear a mask I am sure they would have accommodated you, but by the sounds of it it seems you must of worn one the first time a few days before.. Anyway ladies - keep up your fantastic work and don't let naivety or just plain rudeness get in the way of the amazing work you all do. Highly recommended X

Natalie is absolutely amazing, she does my eyebrows beautifully, better than anyone else! She has patience and does exactly what you ask for. I won't use anyone else now.
