First time I’ve been here and getting my nails done professionally. So I don’t have much to compare too. There was a bit of a wait but not too long maybe 15 minutes, overall having may nails done took a bit longer than expected. But this was down to staff utilising time when my nails were drying etc to start on another customer (multitasking) which is perfectly understandable. I was always asked if I was happy with shape, length etc as my nails were being done which I appreciate. I am really happy with my nails other than maybe the colour choice but that’s my fault as I chose them. The nude colour was a bit more pinkish than I’d have liked it but the nails still turned out absolutely brilliant. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.

This is by far my favourite and best nail place. The girls are so hard working and kind. Such a friendly environment!! I highly HIGHLY recommend them for their friendly service and such great quality nails!! I’ve found my gel acrylics don’t break or chip or fall off even after 3 weeks!

I went there the other day, to get my nails done for my wedding and she did a splendid job and great customer service, definitely going back there.

Been here a few times and service is ok however there is one lady who is exceptionally rude. Have been today and she’s huffed and puffed when shown a picture of how I would like my toes done and also laughed and said what she had done was exactly the same as the picture - was certainly not. This is the second time she has been rude when asked to make changes to the nail. On a separate occasion I brought my mother for BIAB nails and the lady gave the same attitude when asked politely to file the nails down. Was told not able to file down apparently. Rather embarrassing as I am a nail technician myself who has recently moved to derby and wanted to use a salon for my own nails for convenience. Will not be returning.

Amazing place, went in on my lunch to get a full set of acrylics done, was gone in 30min and still had time for lunch. The girl who did it was fantastic and did a brilliant job! Definitely would recommend and will go back again!

My favourite ever set of acrylics. The shape, length, design and quality is impeccable. Really pleased, have already had so many compliments on my nails. T was so lovely to chat to, I felt really comfortable and valued for the whole experience. Will never go anywhere else.

Popped in there today, as a friend recommended. One of the best nail services in derby I've been too, they really take their time to make sure your nails are the way you want them to be. Reasonable pricing. I think this will be my regular nail salon! Thanks again!

Cindy's Nail Bar has such lovely people who work there!!! They are Super Child friendly! They made my visit so comfortable and made myself and 5 children super happy! Only go here for my nails, the 2 sister's are the best and so close to town. Same price as everyone in the centre but the quality I haven't come across since moving to the city 7 years ago :)

Really good and nice finish product. But it did seem like the staff were all over the place. I had one member of staff start my nails then left me 10 mins until another member of staff came to do some of my nails then leave me again I would still recommend this place

You did a good job of making my daughter's nails looking lovely on her hands and feet ready for prom, so I do thank you for that. I am annoyed though at the price change from £38 all in that was quoted to me when I rang on the 26th June to book my daughter in, to £43 today upon receiving the treatments. Nothing extra or different had been provided and no valid explanation was offered as to why I was charged the extra. Don't quote one price, make assurances that the price will remain the same and then increase it after the treatment is received. Bad practice as far as I am concerned.
