Sunita was kind and made me feel easy right from walking in the door, she is extremely professional and also friendly, we chatted away whilst she did an amazing job on my lashes, it’s fair to say I will not be going anywhere else now! Lauren is lovely too, the place is perfect for anyone needing to find a new place to get your nails or lashes done! These are 100% everything you want and need in the beauty world. Easy to find, clean, friendly staff and even better services. My lashes lasted for weeks! Thank you to Sunita for being so amazing!

I’ve always come to Timeless to get my nails and lashes done. Hands down the best salon visited in the Derby/Derbyshire area. Lauren and Sunita are always very welcoming upon arrival and no request is ever too much! With a huge range of gel colours, and high quality polishes used I’ve always got compliments on where I get my manicure/pedicure from. Having my nails done from both Lauren and Sunita, the quality is impeccable from each of them as both their standards are kept very high. I recently got my eyelashes done (classic lash) which I’ve been getting done from Sunita over the past year. Sunita is very thorough and always listens to any sort of style I want my lashes, from thick and full looking to classic and natural every day looks. I have also had my lashes removed at the salon which was a pain free and professional process. Throughout having my lashes done, Sunita has always offered her aftercare advice which has subsequently helped keep my natural lashes healthy as well as keeping my extensions in tip top condition. I would highly recommend this salon as they are my go-to for my monthly beauty treatments and I am yet to experience more of the treatments they have to offer; the girls cannot be faulted!!

Went here for my first ever wax at the weekend and couldn't have asked for a better experience. All staff were extremely friendly/welcoming and Sunita was great at putting me at ease and such a pro. Fantastic service, highly recommend :)

Classic Eyelash Extensions - August 2019 I cannot recommend this salon enough!!!!! Sunitta was absolutely Brilliant, she talked me through the whole procedure from start to finish. The treatment began with a consultation and as I had said I would like a natural look, she went with the shortest eyelashes they do, I believe they are 9mm long. Sunitta made me feel extremely relaxed and talked to me throughout the whole treatment. When the treatment was over and I looked in the mirror, I could not believe how amazing my eyelashes looked. Sunitta really takes the time to make them look perfect. I have had this done at several places before and these were the best and most natural I have seen by far. I am a natural redhead so my eyelashes are barely visible naturally, Sunitta made them look amazingly natural, even against my fair skin. I will not be going anywhere else for my treatments now. Sunitta - I cannot thank you enough and will be seeing you soon for my next appointment.
