E. H.What a lovely group of ladies. Very friendly & helpful non judgemental. All the staff here make you feel welcome & relaxed. It's a very calm & peaceful atmosphere in the salon, you instantly do feel relaxed walking in the door. The decor is gorgeous & it's lovely & warm inside. I had 2 treatments on my visit, gel nails with manicure & luxury spa facial, first time getting both treatments & both were done by Kiera. My nails were done first & were exactly what I wanted/asked for 😊 I absolutely love them! Kiera takes a lot of care in what she does, always asking if she was doing them as I wanted or if I wanted to change anything etc. She done an amazing job & I will definitely be happy to return for a new set of gels soon. On to my facial. The set up is lush, so calm & cosy. Being my first facial I didn't know the process but regardless of what I was expecting/hoping for it was amazing. So relaxing & soothing, the low background music/sounds really make the atmosphere perfect. I think every cream/lotion & potion under the sun was used on me 🤣 which I loved & my skin felt genuinely softer & brighter after my treatment. The massaging technique is lovely, I could have fallen asleep having it done I was so relaxed. Kiera is a lovely friendly girl who done 2 amazing treatments for me, made me feel welcome & comfortable from getting in the door to leaving again. All of the staff did & I have actually booked in for eyelashes next wk too 😊 can't wait... Thank you ladies, keep doing what you's do best
s. t.Sam is amazing at her job. She has a real passion which shines through and is super professional. I always leave feeling awesome and I recommend defined to everyone! Easy to book online, plenty of parking if you continue down the street too as the centre is often crowded. Great prices and always a warm welcome.
