H. S.I am a VIP member at Waxology. It's a fantastic place, the girls are lovely. Friendly and welcoming they always make you feel at ease. I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't go anywhere else for intimate waxing. There's nowhere better. You get 5 star treatment.
H.I was super nervous after a previous bad experience elsewhere, but Frances was so lovely and reassuring. She explained everything to me and went at a pace I was comfortable with.
It was also the least painful wax I've ever had, in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Would definitely recommend (especially to anxious people like me!) and will hopefully be back soon!

R. F.You'd think that Waxing places that include "manscaping" would be everywhere in Newcastle, if you believe the lads grooming habits in Geordie Shore are representative of those in the North East. However, I have always found them difficult to find, or perhaps the Geordie Shore lads just don't get as much taken off as I do!
I know of only three places spread around Newcastle and Durham that do Male Intimate Waxing. Waxology Durham is by far my favorite of these.
The owner is friendly, relaxed, and very professional. Advice and suggestions are always forthcoming if I ever get a rash or a lot of ingrown hairs. Neither the Durham or Newcastle salons are overly feminine inside, so I don't feel completely out of place as a male, like I so in some salons.
The results are always excellent, even when I ask for some kind of shaping of the hair, and lot of care is taken. I've never once gotten home to find any skin ripped from more delicate areas, as I have with other salons.
Because of this I will continue to use Waxology Durham for the foreseeable future.
V. B.Quite simply, Frances (waxology) is the best. I have had many super painful waxing experiences in the past, so was on the hunt for something a little less harsh. I'd read about Lycon waxing in a magazine and thought it would be worth a try. Then searched high and low to find someone who used this method rather than the normal strip wax. No one offered this service, or publicised it. However, I stumbled upon Waxology and the rest is history. I read all of the website because it was so informative! It was so refreshing not to just have a price list with no information, so I booked myself in for the full works. All I can say is amazing! Waxing is never going to be pain free, but this really is as close as it gets in my opinion. The wax isn't super hot like normal salon waxes, therefore no burning peeling skin like I've experienced before in some of the other salons. Frances is very thorough, and so professional. I've now been using waxology for almost a year, and I'd never dream of going anywhere else!
