On my last visit I left with a horrific Rod Stewart mullet! Needless to say I was reluctant to trust anyone with my hair. I decided to give Broughton Place Hair and Beauty a try.
This experience couldn't be any different than my previous salon - the atmosphere was relaxed, no frantic running around, juniors almost scalping you as they wash your hair and the stylist getting distracted every 2 minutes. Anne dedicated the whole appointment to her client - from shampooing to styling. She actually listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and managed my fix my disastrous haircut. I was offered a complimentary refreshment and the conversation was pleasant and relaxed. I enjoyed the experience so much that I have now been going to this salon for the last 2 years and couldn't be happier!

The salon is very relaxing, stylish and comfortable. I can honestly say after 3 visits I am a customer for life. Ann knew exactly what to do with my dry and damaged hair and as a result of her hair dye technique my hair has started to grow again for the first time in years! Great conversation, good music and a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect place for a hair cut!
Previous hairdressers have told me I need a full head of highlights. Ann was the first to tell me I could achieve the same look with a different half head technique and my hair won't be as dry. Most hairdressers would rather damage your hair and charge for a full head. I appreciate great advice!

A. G.I got Shellac done by Chloe here and it was amazing. Such a lovely place and very nice people. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked to fill out a short form (for allergies) and was offered a drink. I was then escorted upstairs to the nail/waxing area where she took the time to take off my old shellac and apply a new, wonderful color. Not only is the manicure amazing, she was super nice, open and easy to chat with. I definitely will go back not just for my nails to this salon and Chloe!
K. S.If you like vintage hair and want a special do, this is the place for you. Ann, head stylist and owner has an amazing knowledge of styles. I trust her with my hair, (and believe me I do not trust many!) and I trust her to do a good job of putting my hair up. it's decorated lovely too, go try!

a. m.Got a Groupon deal but would happily pay full price. The stylist gave me a great balance between what I had wanted and what was practical for me, and took the time to show me how to style the haircut. Very happy.

M.Nice clean salon friendly staff nice hair cut but very thin highlights that did not make any difference to my hair colour l went with advise given but did not work out felt l had wasted my voucher my hair is light but l have sight loss the highlights should have being wider l was so looking forward to change
