I highly recommend - after my regular lash and wax tech moved to ireland and some horrible experiences in various high cost wax "specialist" bars I gave up for the last few years. As I had a special event I ended up trying this place on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Excellent welcoming atmosphere, lovely clean and pretty salon and really professional and thorough service.

I got a last minute fringe trim here and was literally in and out in three minutes. Lauren is the sweetest and makes you feel so welcomed. I’d highly recommend this place!

I would highly recommend to everybody. I was so impressed by the superb service in this salon today. Ivanna was amazing and very professional. She made sure I was comfortable and kept a really good conversation throughout the appointment. Everything was scrupulously clean. I must also say that interior is incredibly charming, salon looks stylish and very cosy at the same time. Standing out from the crowd! More than happy to go again.

I had my hair done for the first time at Cyan Beauty last Saturday and I had an amazing first experience. Although I was the last client of the day, I wasn't treated any different and Mikey was incredibly patient and thorough when doing my hair - given how naturally curly it is I was really appreciative of this as it's great to leave a salon feeling as though it's been worth it. I had a keratin treatment and just washed my hair for the first time last night as you need to wait a few days and the results are life changing! From spending over an hour drying and straightening my hair it now takes fifteen minutes. I'll definitely be booking it in again soon! Thanks so much for being super friendly xx

I've been to a few salons in Edinburgh and here is where I felt most at home. Lauren is a great listener and as amazing with people as she is a magician with hair. She's warm, friendly and so easy to chat with! The entire staff will be the same, if you're the kind of person who is a bit shy to come to a salon (I am similar, it can be intimidating for me at times), I really recommend the atmosphere created by the lovely ladies who work here. Outstanding service!!

The team at Cyan are fantastic! I was on a short visit to Edinburgh so didn’t have a lot of time, but they were really lovely and flexible enough to find a spot for me. Lauren did a brilliant job of my colour and cut and the salon itself is modern, bright and super clean. If I lived in Edinburgh this would definitely be my go to place.

I loved this place. I got a keratin blowdry done and I was so impressed with the results when I looked at my hair in the mirror! My hair tends to break easily and has become weak over time (and overusing styling products without proper care), and it looks so healthy, smooth and shiny now, I absolutely loved it. Leah was amazing, she understood what I wanted perfectly and provided me with advice and tips to take care of my hair after the treatment! And apart from her professionalism, I would also like to highlight what a lovely person she is, it was a pleasure to talk to her. Nadia was also super friendly and welcomed me warmly =) . I would recommend this place to anyone interested in taking care of their hair, I will definitely be back !!!!! Thank you Leah and Nadia!!!!

I got the kerasilk hair treatment by Lauren. She was very welcoming when I came in and greeted everyone else when they came in. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to and made getting this long treatment fly by. I’ve had this treatment twice before from here and each time be been very pleased with the outcome. I had a keratin blow dry and a haircut done at Cyan and I’m so happy with the results! The blow dry left my hair silky, sleek, and straight for months and the haircut was probably the best I have ever had. It flatters my face shape too. The staff is very friendly and will do everything to satisfy your needs and meet your expectations. The hairstylist is also so devoted to his work and talented, I can’t recommend him enough. This place is A+ for me and I would definitely choose it again in the future.

Lauren gave me the Cocochoco keratin hair treatment, and I am so happy with the results. She was very friendly and explained what I should expect from the treatment, as well as what I should remember for aftercare. I just washed my hair for the first time since the treatment, and I'm so happy with how it turned out - can't recommend Lauren enough!

I had a colour and cut appointment with Lauren at Cyan beauty. Other than the fact that all the ladies were friendly, warm and made sure I was comfortable while getting my hair coloured, they also offered a students discount to me. I was rather a difficult customer as I am very cautious about my hair. Lauren and Nadia were very understanding of that and offered to fix the tint according to my choices very happily for no additional charge.

I had a gel polish manicure as I had a little time before my train home and quite honestly it is the best gel polish I have ever had. Monica was very lovely and chatty and I was very grateful they could accommodate me. The polish has lasted 3 weeks plus now, with no chips or flakes off. I couldn't thank enough to Rachel for my back and shoulder massage that I have won on opening day.. It made my day since it first time to win something. The service and the salon just fabulous. have bean always getting my nails done buy Agne and she always used to tell me how good other girls are. So grateful I had a chance to try. The below review seen in brackets was my original review. Since then I have been contacted by the Salon Manager who has taken every step to rectify my below experience, not a lot of places have such good leadership and this is to be commended. Once I have returned I shall be in a better position to re-review the services provided, however, the Managers customer service thus far has been great and is appreciated. [Not a place for guys. Everyone who works here is very sweet but are not equipped for guys treatments or cuts. I paid 110 quid for keratin treatment that didn't even last a day and I ended up going to a barber round the corner to fix the hair cut I got here.]

I've never left a review before, but HAD to today! I had a lash lift done here by Oana, and it was such a wonderful experience that I'll definitely be back! I was a bit nervous, as I'd never had one before, but Oana made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that it was no problem at all. She did a spot test a few days before to check if I would have any reaction to the chemicals. During the actual process, she was so kind and sweet, and even gave me a hand treatment while waiting for the chemicals to set! I'm so please with how my lashes look, they're just the perfect amount of curl and tint. I 100% recommend this place - Oana was fantastic, and the other staff were so warm and friendly as well. I will absolutely be returning! :)

We visited in emergency mode - my wife had burned the ends of her hair with a faulty flat-iron - and Heaven Beauty was able to accommodate us without an appointment. The stylist assessed the situation, gave my wife a quick & stylish trim, et voilà! My wife's mood, and thus our vacation, were saved. Friendly staff & very fair pricing. Would definitely recommend!

I took my girlfriend for a treatment to Cyan as a treat and straight away we were both made welcome by Rachel. Then Nina one of the specialists came over and explained treatments she could get and then proceeded to do the skin assessment and treatment with her. She went for the Cyan Signature Facial – with Microdermabrasion and all I can say after and hour she came out from the treatment with the biggest smile and softest skin. Everyone is the salon was so friendly and professional it was a delight. It’s quite different as it’s not down the aromatherapy treatment route but the result delivers 100%. Prices are great and staff are even better. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you

I had keratin smoothing treatment and a fringe cut with Mikey and am very happy with the results. Mikey is a lovely person and hairdresser, I felt the job was done with attention and care and that I was being heard on the look I was going for. The salon and the rest of the salon staff looked friendly too. I will be visiting again.

What a lovely salon, I visited today and was bowled over by how friendly everyone was. Incredibly talented therapists with the sort of skills and passion you just won't find in large commercial establishments. This is excellent value with more than excellent knowledge, fun and friendly. I got a REAL pedicure, having had many namby pamby pedi's in the past this was incredible. If you are expecting red carpets then look elsewhere, this is down to earth, professional and passionate. Thanks ladies!
