A. R.My mum, who is elderly, is going through her first experience of chemo, and has found the whole journey so far very daunting and stressful.
She had an appointment with Sarah at L A Hair Solutions today. Sarah quickly put my mum at ease, and took her time, helping my mum in every way she could. I really felt she went over and above in terms of customer service. We were lucky enough that a suitable wig was in stock and could take it away today.
Massive thanks to Lynn and Sarah for doing what they could to make this as quick and stress free an experience for my mum as they possibly could.
