Hi everyone, I want to express my gratitude to Lucinda Ellery Edinburgh. I love my trips to the salon , everyone makes me feel so welcome and relaxed. I have such a laugh with everybody . The experience of getting my system done was an education. It was the best decision I’ve ever made ! The best money I have ever spent ! The confidence it has given me is second to none . The experience of getting ready to go out and not have your hair flop is amazing. I just love the different styles I can have that I could never have before , so if your wondering about the System go for it , it will change you life for the better and the best money you have ever spent! I am so thankful that there are such caring and dedicated professionals like the team at Lucinda Ellery Edinburgh. My confidence was very low and I was so sad about losing my hair but now thanks to their skill and hair system I feel that I have my life back. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all very mindful of how hair loss can affect you and you are treated in a respectful and dignified way. An excellent experience. I previously had a hair replacement system from a cheaper salon but after receiving poor service and care from there, I tried Lucinda Ellery. Well worth the extra money and now I wish I had gone there in the first place! Excellent service and friendly staff. I'm really pleased with my hair but also it was a pleasant experience having it fitted and styled as the staff were so good. Darren and Abby in particular were great.

From the minute I walked in the door the first time, to my regular maintenance visits, the staff at the Edinburgh salon could not do more to make me comfortable. Initially I was very nervous and they put me at ease straight away. I've been getting my hair done there for 2 years now and for the first time in my life I enjoy going to a salon. It sounds weird to people that have wonderfully thick hair naturally, but the confidence boost from my system is truly life changing. I no longer worry about sitting in bright lights or getting caught in the rain. The team are so warm and welcoming, and the city centre location makes it easy for me to get to by train. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucinda Ellery, I'm not easily impressed - but these guys consistently manage to put a smile on my face!

I have been coming to Lucinda Ellery now for over 2 years & I have to say this has changed my life. I had been concerned about how thin my hair was getting for over 10 years. Trying nearly everything they have on market to thicken your hair, from thickening hair products to laser comb/helmet. The day I had my interlace system fitted was a WOW moment, had the hair I had always dreamed of & more. All the staff at Lucinda Ellery made me feel so comfortable on that first day & now they feel more like family.

For anyone experiencing challenges with hair loss, I simply can’t recommend the team at Lucinda Ellery enough. In fact, I really can’t imagine my life without them. Straight away, from my initial consultation, I felt immediately at ease with the team, in a situation where nerves and embarrassment were a very real factor. It was instantly clear how knowledgeable the team were in the specifics of how to manage my hair loss situation, but delivered that detail in a way that that me feel comfortable and completely happy, educated and exited with the path forward! For more than the past twelve years I have been visiting the Lucinda Ellery Consultancy, first at the London studio and for the past seven years at the Manchester Studio. After years of suffering with fine thining hair, I now have a beautiful head of hair that I'm so proud of. I have so much more confidence and my hair looks completely natural. I visit the Manchester salon every six to eight weeks to keep my hair looking good and always look forward to my visit as all the staff are lovely, in fact more like friends. I always leave the sudio feeling a million dollars after the care and professional service I always receive and I can't recommend them enough.

I cannot praise Edinburghs Lucinda Ellery experience enough. It's a fabulous salon, a fabulous product with the loveliest and most creative of staff. Any look you desire can be achieved. The experience is completely discreet in a warm, caring and fun environment. You always leave looking salon perfect with an extra spring in your step. The LE staff will listen, understand and work with you to achieve whatever your desired look may be. A truly innovative product and I'm eternally grateful to have discovered this place existed.

Having alopecia for over 10 years I visited LE studio and its the best thing I have ever done. I am a new person, I initially visited the Manchester studio but found that the Edinburgh studio was a better fit for me. Darren and Abbi are so attentive and friendly yet professional. Nothing is too much for the guys here. There are a few costs that I hadn't expected but when I have hair this good and Darren and Abbi have the ability to make me feel this good then I am a happy lady.
