A wonderful team & very professional! Me and my boyfriend came in here on my birthday & the service was great - it’s worth noting we had never done anything like this before :) I was searching for a spa and this nail salon is genuinely like a mini-spa centre. The atmosphere is very relaxing & the massage chairs were incredible. My manicure/pedicure lasted two weeks as promised (I had shellac nails). My boyfriend was also very happy with his manicure/pedicure and since we both work in hospitality, being presentable is always a great bonus! We will definitely go back :) (See photos for Day 1 vs Day 20)

Very professional, highly skilled technicians who will work with you towards any effect imaginable. This was my first experience getting acrylic nails and I was not disappointed! The woman who did mine spent an impressive amount of time on this, getting every last detail just right. No chit chat-- this woman was in the zone! Absolutely stunning results, highly recommend. 👍

Absolutely fantastic nails! I didn’t have an appointment and only had to wait for around 20 minutes before it was my turn. My technician was hesitant at first because I wanted a nail art design but didn’t get an extension but he did a great job at the end. I’ve received so many compliments for my nails!

I have been coming here for many years now and I can’t praise them enough. They always cater to exactly what I want and do their best to please me. The owner Lena is such a nice person and if there is ever even a slight issue she will fix it the best she can. I have witnessed some people be very rude to her and most of the time it’s because they haven’t heard correctly due to language barrier. My advice to anyone using here is just communicate with them and I’m certain you will have exactly what you want by the end. Thanks for always taking care of me when I come in. Everyone always comments on what lovely nails I have!

Welcoming and a good job of my nails. Always a bit awkward getting nails done as a guy but as a guitar player essential. Always looks busy but didn't wait long and didn't see others wait more than 5 mins as someone is always finishing. Also very reasonable price, see you in a couple of weeks thanks

I love this place! The quality is fantastic, as are the staff. I wholly recommend this nail salon! It's my second visit and I will keep returning. Added bonus: the prices are more than reasonable and worth a tip everytime.

Very nice I got a set of acrylic and a last minute pedi gel that didn't turn out good at first so the lady manager stood 30 mins past her closing time to get that fixed

These guys are great - always do what i ask for and yes, they aren’t the most chatty people but that doesn’t matter! Good value, nice people and always get good nails!! I have had about 7 sets of acrylics here over a year or so and every single set have been great!

I found the staff so friendly and kind and the whole experience was so nice. This was my first time getting a pedicure and it was such a nice experience. I got gel nail extensions too and I only had an hour to get both done and they got them done in the time and to such a high standard! I am honestly so impressed and happy and can not wait to return! I was very happy with my experience at this nail salon. I thought my nails looked amazing even after 5-6 weeks of the being on they still looked great. When I took them off my nails were not messed up and damaged. The quality of polish was great it wasn't sheer. I disagree with the comments about the salon being dirty and the technicians being rude. They were lovely and chatty. I think this salon is very good and would recommend it to anybody looking for a great quality finish.

I'm not a huge nail polish person but started getting them done for the last 6 months. This is the salon I visit most because I'm not great at booking appointments or planning. This is the type of salon that you can walk into and get an appointment quickly. I know some might feel they are rude because the staff talk between themselves in their mother tounge but I'm not there to have a conversation really. Communication isn't a problem. I've had gel and shellac polish and they have all lasted intact for more than two weeks. No complaints really :)

Walked in today without an appointment to get a shellac, and very happy with the results! The atmosphere was very friendly and calm, the service was quick and professional, and the price was frankly incredible. Other reviewers have mentioned the relative lack of small talk, but for me that's a bonus.

Always good nails. However the customer service varies. Sometimes get seen by one person who does your nails and usually done within 45-60 mins, however if they are even remotely busy then you are swapped around between different people and can take 1 hour 30 mins unnecessarily. The shop would have far better atmosphere if they had some music in the background. It would also be useful if they accepted card and contactless payments. Overall a reliable and reasonably priced place though.

I have been going here since they opened so roughly 5/6 years now, along with my mum, auntie, sister in law, her mum and also friends. I am a very fussy person which I admit 🙌🏼 I change my mind every minute on what colour, shape or type of nail I fancy that week (acrylics/gel powder) but the staff are polite and patient enough to wait until I’ve decided and they also ask me if I like the colour after just one nail so I still get that extra time to change my mind again 😅 prices have dropped since they first opened and they also have YoungScot/ Student discount which is a bonus 👏🏼 I’ve noticed some people can be quite ignorant and not pay much attention to the price lists and then just complain online afterwards?! 🤨 the staff kindly inform everyone of a fixed quote before they even start on your nails so personally in my opinion, if you don’t agree with that price then don’t go ahead with it and change to something different 🤷🏻‍♀️ simple, instead of leaving a poor review!!

I had a full set acrylic extensions and gel polish today and for the first time I chose to have stiletto squares. Really perfectly done and the gel finish is amazing. I live in England but always try and visit when in Edinburgh because this shop does the best extensions I've ever had in the UK, and that includes many top salons in London and Surrey who charge twice as much.

Man with stubbly hair was incredibly rude. Shouting at customers and grabbing their hands unnecessarily hard. Two of my nails have started bleeding and they are all very stingy. The shape isn't right and the colour is streaky. Woman and other man were lovely though, and the nails stay on for a long period of time.

Shellac nails for £18 and good result - my nails looked really good! You have to wait sometimes but in my opinion it's a good sign of their good work!

I turned up in my mobility scooter as I am a blind man. As I am blind, I need assistance however they treated me rudely. I accidentally knocked over nail polishes and they shouted at me. They said "CLEAN THAT UP!" However I cannot see.... It turns out I was in a nail salon for the nails on your hands, not the nails and screws in the wall... my bedroom wall fell on me in the evening so I need to screw it back!! Plz help, And I ended up getting a PediCure and looks great on my Mobility Scooter with my Trespass sandals!! From Kai chan
