F. S.I have been using tanning salons since i was 15. Now 38 😱. I worked in a salon for a few years so know the drill when it comes to compliance. Today was the very first day from all of the the years of tanning that a staff member refused me the 15 minutes i wanted. I laughed and told her i had been using sunbeds for many years. Anyway she didnt budge. She explained to me the beds had just been re-tubed on the previous wednesday and that 15 minutes would be too much that i could come back in a few days for more. It annoyed me slightly but hey ho. Anyhoo I accept the 10 minutes and go for my session. It was hot, i can definitely confirm if i had been allowed 15 mins that i would have burned my face off. As much as i wanted 15 mins and would have taken them if allowed, i was very impressed by the fact the staff member did not allow it. She was spot on in her observation and knew her health and safety without hesitation. Really really great to have had this service today. Definitely a salon who has customer welfare at the top of the agenda. Well done Sunshack and well done to the colleague on shift. I will catch her name on my next visit. Top class service without a shadow of a doubt. 👍
