Adrianna is absolutely the best.This is my best experience ever. She is amazing. I didn't feel any pain at all. I haven't waxed for quite a while so the growth was quite dense and I have very dry skin but she took utmost care with great attention to detail. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about skincare. I will get all my treatments from her next time. The place is also very nice with good decoration. It's a very good and relaxing experience. I have also booked for another waxing with Adrianna tomorrow. It's a very welcoming feeling and she made me feel very comfortable. She also used an after wax lotion which made my skin glow.

Been to different salons all around Glasgow but this is by far my new favourite. All the therapists are lovely and give the best customer service/experience. I will not go anywhere else now. Amazing chat! It’s like talking away to your best friend :) Highly recommend x

Having had work done from Chloe in the past, I was keen to carry on having Chloe carry on with my treatments at her new place of work. The salon she has moved to has very friendly staff, that make you welcome on arrival. It is very clean of a very high standard. The beauty store use great products, the results look even beter than before. Looking forward to many more treatments from Chloe at the beauty salon. x

I was a little nervous to visit the salon for my waxing as I had been going to the same place for almost 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised, Lorna was lovely, made me feel at ease and was very thorough… my husband even said “that’s the best wax you’ve ever had”.

Jessica was absolutely lovely and I'm really happy with my nails. She was kind enough to step in and do my nails for me when the lady who was initially supposed to do them was held up due to the unfortunate train strikes. Great service and lovely place. Will definitely be back.

We had the best girls pamper day. Lorna, Hollie, Chloe and Adrianna could not have made us feel more welcome. All the therapists are so knowledgeable about the treatments and made us all feel so relaxed and pampered. Would thoroughly recommend the Deluxe Pedicure- it was so relaxing and the best summer holiday prep!. The Lipofirm Med machine is a total game changer, there was a visible difference to my “jowl” area after the treatment. I will definitely be booking in for a course!.

Great Service! Celine helped me pick a some great mauve shares for my gel manicure and spa pedicure. The spa pedicure was very relaxing and just what I needed. I wasn't able to book eyebrow threading, but Celine offered to thread them after my nails were painted. Very satisfied and I will be coming back :)

She understood exactly the look I was going for and has given me good advice regarding the length I should choose and the after care to get the most out of them. I love the final result! Celine was brilliant. I had a back neck & shoulder massage, facial & head massage. I had the cold & Celine blended oils to help my symptoms. I could feel my congestion easing throughout the treatments. Once the treatments were finished I felt relaxed & the tension eased. Highly recommend Celine, she was fab.

I'm just back from The Beauty Store City Centre. Read my review here. Being an older woman, I was feeling incredibly apprehensive about getting HD brows for fear of looking unnatural, and a bit silly. However, those fears were totally unfounded. Yvonne is such a lovely and welcoming young woman, immediately putting me at ease, and explaining the process thoroughly. The end result was way better than I could have imagined. My brows looked well groomed, but totally natural, giving my eyes the appearance of looking wider, brighter, and less tired . I would for sure recommend Yvonne, and the Beauty Store 100%. I'm just back from The Beauty Store City Centre. I was down visiting glasgow for a few days and celine managed to squeeze me in to de fuss my face and what a fantastic job she did! I entered stressed, having rushed around Glasgow all morning, lost my partner and my phone was dead. She was awesome! From the luxurious calming environment, to the relaxing chatter and banter, to the actual job at hand, I feel baby smooth! She also offered advice that I will actually use about my skin, chatted about the microblading they offer as I need mine topped up, charged my fone and let me use theirs to call my partner .. I will be visiting this wee hidden gem everytime I visit Glasgow from now on :)
