My friend and I booked in for mini manicure and pedicure. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival. The spa is nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Really lovely relaxing atmosphere. The beauty therapist Jade was lovely and very personable. We were both very pleased with our treatments and will definitely be booking again. I would highly recommend that you treat yourself and get booked in!

After spending over £1000 at a local salon, having 8 treatments and still having hairs! I decided I had nothing to lose by trying the laser hair removal at Spa Serenity after seeing them advertised on a social media site. Having been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries I always knew being hairless was a gamble but decided to take the risk. I had my first treatment with Amanda who was professional, honest and all together lovely. Within a week I had noticed a massive difference!! Before the treatment I could have shaved my legs in the morning and if I was going out at night I would have had to shave them again! Now I can go days (wearing a skirt daily) and then when I do need to shave them there are hardly any hairs! I have just had treatment number two today and I can't wait to see the results. I just wish I had found Amanda and the team a year ago as it would have saved me a whole lot of time and money!!! I would highly recommend Spa serenity to anyone as they are.... professional, friendly, clean, great facilities, easy access, loads of car parking and honest.

Excellent spa, really nice treatment rooms and the girls are lovely and professional. Great location and easy parking. I'm having the IPL hair removal treatment and the results are amazing! I'm looking forward to a shaving free summer! Thanks ladies xx

I love spa serenity, I've been with my partner lots of times. It's clean, everyone is pleasant, and the prices are great. It's a genuine oasis, especially with the contrast of the hotel it shares with.

the place is so wonderful and everyone there are amazing. Amanda was so helpful and gave us a 10/10 customer experience 😃 and was so patient with me!! Emma and Lydia gave us the best massage we ever had. no enough words to describe how pleased we are with everything and we glad we found such a friendly place and top services from the best team 👍 definitely recommend it 👌

It is a lovely hidden gem! Had an amazing full body massage and indian head massage! It has a whole array on treatments and packages as well as a hairdressers! I fully recommend this place. I will definitely be going back and use it as my regualr beauty salon

Not a place I would visit again, they have no facilities so use mercure grange, swimming pool freezing jacuzzi no water in, was not informed bout this, sauna filthy, lockers not locking had to carry my handbag round pool. These two places blame each other. I spoke to the manager who also did aqua fit classes and the cleaning, as I complained bout state of place, that's wat she told me.. I will not visit either, treatment good in serenity but got charged £10 each for a cancellation, then serenity cancelled the following wk. Was we given a tenner each of them, was we heck. Both places r a con, good at telling ye its two different places, Why Don't they tell u this wen u book??? No cos they just want Yr money,, I intend to put a full complaint in, and expect a full refund, for both me and my daughter, came home very very disappointed
