This was my first visit to getsugered in Leeds for a chest wax and I was made to feel very welcome on arrival by Joanna, I was quite nervous not knowing what to expect but she made me feel very calm with her professional explanation of the process and the natural ingredients are truly amazing. The treatment room is immaculate and so relaxing. Once the treatment was underway any fears I had beforehand were gone, Joanna was more than capable, she has a very professional and calming manner and an acute attention to detail. I am so happy with the results,just superb. I will definitely be going back to getsugared, The way I was welcomed and the professionalism of Joanna coupled with the organic natural ingredients make this place truly special.

Joanna was easy to talk to with a friendly and enthusiastic manner. I had some waxing done on unwanted nose hair, it was done quickly with little fuss and the results are amazing. The room is an elegant bright room, everything clean and uncluttered. Recommended.

Got sugared at ‘Get Sugared’ - I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’d been having waxing for years. I needn’t have worried, I was greeted by Joanna’s smiling, welcoming face and led to her lovely treatment room. The decor scheme has a relaxing ambience with a lovely little screened area to undress (nice touch!). While I got undressed Joanna explained to me what sugaring is and how it differs from waxing in that its done with a paste that only binds to hairs and not the skin. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and guides you into the best position so that she can get every last hair! The results were super smooth with no sticky residue. I’ve experienced no ingrowns either which I’d been prone to in the past with wax. Absolutely delighted with the results, I go every month now and have done for about 9 months.
