She is always kept up to date with any changes in products or the services she offers which means she will always offer you the best advice. Her massages are amazing too! Sumeya was really friendly, professional and the clinic has a lovely set up. The Swedish massage was very relaxing and she was very attentive. Very refreshing that it was made clear that the consultation time doesn't eat into the treatment duration - always frustrating when it happens at beauty salons or spas. I have had several Electrolysis hair removal sessions with The Amber Clinic and am extremely pleased with the results. In just a few sessions I noticed a great reduction in my hair growth. The service provided was excellent and the salon and staff are very professional and experienced. I absolutely loved the callus peel treatment! I suffer from very dry skin and badly cracked heels they are actually so painful. Sara was amazing she not only took off all of the hard skin off my feet, she made them look like new! I could not believe my feet could actually look the way they did! She also massaged my feet at the same time. Would definitely get the treatment again and would recommend to anyone who has hard skin or dry feet!

After having tried different clinics I would say that this is simply the best by far! I’ve been doing laser for years but I wasn’t getting the results I was looking for, so I kept moving from clinic to clinic . I would highly recommend the Amber clinic, as I saw the results instantly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have been going to Sumeya for over 10 years when referred by my doctor for acne/acne scars, over the years I’ve had facials, green peels, micro needling, laser treatment, massages and many more. I never stuck to regular treatments to sort my problem out with my skin and was usually down to money, but 1 thing Sumeya will always try to do is work out the best corse of treatment to suit your needs. 7 months ago I went to Sumeya really down about my skin and I would normally always ask for the most expensive treatment thinking it would solve my problem (I had booked for the micro needling) but NO Sumeya would not do the treatment as she said it would be like robbing me, taking my money knowing it would not have any affect on my skin (I know most salons would not care about this) as I needed to strip it right back and start off with regular facials and a good skincare routine, which is what I done and WOW even after the first facial I was amazed at what a deep clean can do to your skin!! 7 months later my skin has improved by 50% I can’t wait to see the end result! I trust Sumeya so much with my skin and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lovely salon and so relaxing!

I’ve lost count of the innumerable years I’ve been seeing Sumeya for everything possible her salon can offer!! She’s a magician with her facials!! She’s an extremely professional therapist and provides you bespoke, genuine, honest and researched advise & treatment not just related to the actual treatment but any topic under the sun!! She’s not just a therapist, she’s an entertainer!! :)) The only negative thing I have to say about her salon is that, it’s a miracle to get an appointment as she’s super busy all the days that she works!! ;o)

I never write reviews but here it goes... I have been having eyelashes done for over eight years and tried several beauticians. I can confidently say that I have never had more beautiful, naturally-looking, and meticulously done eyelash extensions. My own eyelashes are non existent - sparse, short and straight, and Sumeya has managed to put the extensions on without a visible trace of glue and completely transform my eyes (and my face). For the first time, I haven't had to worry about massive glue clumps and the resulting damage to my own eyelashes (they used to glue together multiple extensions on a single lash). I haven't even bothered with make up lately, and people keep telling me that I look great (they can't see my 'fakery' :)). I can only describe this as 'magic' or art. Definitely magic!

I regularly visit the Amber Clinic for various beauty treatments and wouldnt go anywhere else. The facials are heavenly and the best I have ever had. Sumeya is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed with her extensive knowledge and I feel safe in her hands. They have an endless list of treatments and have regular special offers which are a real treat for those days when you just want to be pampered. I am so glad I found my little place of heaven, in West Drayton. A hidden little gem!
