I went to Claire for my eyebrows after hearing my mum rave about her skill and personality, and I definitely was not disappointed! Claire is phenomenal at what she does and is packed full of knowledge! She’s incredibly professional, friendly and puts you at ease immediately! I wasn’t sure what to do with my brows as I’ve had the same shape for years, so Claire tailored them to suit my face perfectly! I couldn’t possibly recommend her more!

I have been going to the benefit counter in Boots Lincoln for Months now and my experience just keeps getting better and better. Claire is amazing, remembers me every single time for a lovely personal experience in which she knows my brows, knows the shape and colour I like them to be. I also tried there new Brow Lamination this week ... I'M IN LOVE... This has changed my whole look!! Claire certainly is very talented in what she does and I look forward to going each time I need the wax & Tinting!

I got my eyebrows waxed at a different eyebrow place a few days ago. I had nice thick eyebrows before. All I asked them to do was give a little bit of shape, but they made my eyebrows so thin they looked like 90s brows. Worse yet, they were uneven and one was thinner than the other. Worse again, it’s my graduation today and they looked awful!! I came into benefit and showed them to Claire. She fixed them for me with benefit makeup, explained what she was doing so I could recreate it and sold me all the products I need. They look so good now, exactly what I wanted originally. Claire was also very friendly. She is definitely a major asset to your team! Thank you Claire.

I visited benefit on Saturday to have my eyebrows waxed by Claire. I can not recommend Claire enough, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Even taking time to talk to my daughter when she's talking away. The whole counter has that 'down to earth' atmosphere which is sometimes hard to come by in a beauty hall.

I went into boots today to upgrade my make up and had the best experience ever thanks to the lovely ladies at the benefit counter. Was not expecting the treatment I received Kay was just amazing. So knowledgeable in the products and what would look best on me. She offered to do a eyebrow tint and wax as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to be looked after! These girls are amazing at what they do which is why everyone I know goes here! Claire is so talented, she knows exactly what to do with any cosmetic concerns. Not only did she make my brows beyond perfect with a tint & wax, she sat and talked me through my issues with my problem skin, my skincare routine and recommended specific products that may work for me. She tested products with me and we found a perfect combination of make up products for my skin. I popped in on Sunday to grab a new brow pencil from the counter. I was sat down by Claire who helped me pick my perfect shade and showed me the correct way to use the pencil. She made it look so easy! She was helpful, kind and I will be coming back in the future to get more help with my makeup bag.

Today me & my daughter popped into boots to look at some make up, we looked at the benefit makeup, Claire looked towards us & greeted us with a smile so I asked if she could help us. Daisys makeup looked stunning! Natural and flawless! Claire was truly professional from start to finish, Claire totally transformed daisy face with shaping/ waxing her eyebrows. It’s the first time daisy has them waxed and she didn’t feel a thing! Due to Claire expertise. Claire made daisy feel so confident about her self, she went above ans beyond! Staying back a hour and half after her shift had finished to take the time to make my self up!!!! It was a lovely experience for both me and daisy! Claire is a credit to benefit! Absolutely 10/10 brows and service from Kay today! She was great to chat to, so nice and listened to everything I asked!
