The service was 10/10 and Fiza made me feel so welcome, she’s a genuinely caring and sweet person ! The nails were also great but it hasn’t even been a month and one of my nails fell off completely, with another nail on the verge of also falling off.I think for the price I paid I’d want my nails to stay on for at least a month before changing my set .

Highly recommend. Fiza and Kenya could not do enough for me. I was staying across the road in The Picadilly West Hotel and needed hair, make up, lashes, mani and pedicure for a party that evening. Love this place! The owner is so lovely and kind. Audrey did my nails and you can tell she’s very meticulous with her cuticle work and gel skills. She managed to make even my stubby nails look glam. Will be coming back next time I’m in London!

Have searched high and low for a great nail salon and finally my search has ended today. I can not recommend Fiza enough. Her talent is out of this world. I went to her with a design which she executed flawlessly. Her attention to detail and patience is something I was in awe of, not to mention the friendly presence and flow of chats. Lovely place because of the lovely people! My nail technician was very attentive for both my manicure and pedicure - coming back to check/fix things and not rushing through it like at other salons. Fiza was so warm and friendly! We spent time chatting with each other and the other customers. The regulars who came for their services were all treated like family and it truly felt like I had walked and been welcome into a family. This will be my regular place in London to have my nails looked after, after this great experience :) Highly recommended!

My friend, Pam, wanted a manicure for New Year’s and we found this shop on Google. We are visiting from the US and were not familiar with local salons, but this place turned out to be a jewel! Everyone was friendly and very experienced. The shop is bright and nicely decorated. They were all so warm and welcoming. They are honest and quite reasonably priced!A lovely salon employing beautiful women who will make you feel special, no matter what you need done! Bravo!

If you’re looking for a nail salon that provides excellent quality, a speedy service and lovely staff then this is the place. It’s a small basement salon that Fiza and her staff make so welcoming. I wanted to get my nails done for Christmas, but had waited until the last minute. I called the shop and was told to come on in. All the other girls had gone home, but she stayed behind to meet me at 19:00. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I had the most transparent, beautiful nails. I've gotten so many compliments. She was so efficient and friendly. She had a nice little chat with me and my mom (whom she thought was my sister) and two other women that came in after me. I will definitely be going back!

Visiting from the US for work and was looking for a place to get a manicure on a Sunday. I found this place on google and I’m so glad I did! Adriana (I think that was her name ??) did a gel removal and gel manicure so fast and so great! Like if I lived in London I would only go to her!! My nails look fabulous! Note you need to go in to Le Salon London and take the door to the right and head all the way down the stairs. The place isn’t fancy at all (so if that’s what you want go somewhere else), but who cares when you get the perfect gel manicure in record time! Thanks so much ladies!!

Fiza and her staff were lovely, Very inventive and friendly. They made sure that you had a welcoming experience.The shop is hidden in a discrete location (in the basement of a hair salon) small shop took me a little while to find the store. I think the price for a mani and pedi (gel mani) was a little high. BEFORE YOU GO, make sure you know its cash only. They were kind enough to allow me to paypal them money for my nails and toes since I didn’t have enough cash on me. But I really love how my nails came out, the design and color is sweet and simple. Will defiantly visit again when I come back to London!!

Best nail salon I've been to. I've had a hard time finding nail salons that do japanese nail art with jewels but this is the one. Fiza and her team are lovely, very attentive and pay so much attention to detail. They're up for doing what you request and do a fantastic job. They're a little more expensive than other salons but for the great service you get it is all totally worth it.

Came here today with my cousin - phoned last night with little notice for two pedicures and Fiza was super sweet to book us in together. My nail technician was called Joyce, she was lovely and did a great shellac pedicure. Fiza did my cousins pedicure and kindly gave her some flip-flops to walk away with. The girls were really friendly, amazing availability and great technicians. I have already booked in my manicure as I really enjoyed my experience. The pedicure was great, Joyce has made my feet sparkle (literally) and gave me a firm foot massage at the end. I work locally so have tried a few places and by far this is the best place. A shellac pedi with massage is £55, pricey but worth every penny as the whole experience is fab! X

Go here for the best manicure in London. I called for an appointment and they had immediate availability, and were able to fit in my friend as well. Fiza can do absolutely any kind of nail art you could dream of, but I just needed a regular mani-pedi. They really cleaned up my nails and awful marathon-tortured toenails, and offered me tea and good company while they were fixing me. The salon itself is unassuming and underground, but is clean and welcoming. I'm so pleased I've found this place - went there first in January and have been back every other week since! I'd never dream of going anywhere else again. Cash-only, but there's a cash machine right next door. Best to call for appointments, but they also take walk-ins (but you might have to wait).

Over the course of 12 months I tried over twenty different salons and could never find the perfect manicure. Finally I came across Fiza’s 3D in China town and I couldn’t be happier. Joy, Adri and Fiza are top professionals and lovely people - the service they deliver is personal and top quality. Fiza is an artist with the stunning nails she creates. Perhaps it's not the easiest place to find. And I read people find it expensive. (I reckon GBP 35 for a 1 hour + full pedicure is fair) But I would recommend this place anytime. The girls are very skilled and super friendly. We came unnoticed. And they could help is right away. My feet never looked (or felt) better! Next time visiting London, I will go there again! I pay 85 £ in South Ken or Knightsbridge . the salon is very small, lower ground of a hair salon. nothing special compared to other places that i find cleaner with more space and with windows ... Honestly, the service was ok everybody was very nice but the price is not justified. I should have asked for the price when I booked but i never expected paying that much.

FIza is a miracle worker. Got a mani & pedi today, and it was a last minute Sunday booking! My feet were so well taken care of under her exquisite care. She removed dead skin, smoothed out areas that have been calloused for years and left my toes looking beautiful. She really knows what she's doing! And she's lovely; chats with you, helps choose color if you can't decide and takes her time to do the job right. I didn't feel rushed at all (like I often do at cheaper places). It's not the least expensive option but trust me it's worth every penny! And don't be intimidated by the barber shop entry & not so gorgeous staircase. Although small, the downstairs is cozy & inviting.

Fiza’s salon genuinely feels like a second home in London for me. When I first moved here, I tried ~10 different salons, and only when I finally found 3D Nails in the basement of a hair salon in Chinatown did I know I never had to look again. Beyond the impeccable quality of the manis & pedis, Fiza & her team are dedicated to creativity, experience, and comfort. She’s the only person I’ve found that not only puts up with the psoriasis on my hands but actually helps it, and she helps me think of new things to do every time (even though I’m obsessed with her natural ombré manicure and want that far too often). Five stars doesn’t even come close to how highly I value, cherish, and recommend this salon!

Many people asked about where I did it and my friends think 120£ but worth it as well. But the thing is really hurts when your nail been doing. Cuz technician used a thing to grind the nail and just keep hurting your finger’s skin. After that it was burning hurt when put hands in the purple light. Also four of it have the gap between your real nails the very next day, when u touch your hair the nails gonna stuck in it. it’s really beautiful and the design is cool as well , many people saying it’s special. If u like how cute it is then worth the pain. but me personally won’t do it again cuz it was really hurts!

Bare bones nail salon in the basement of a hair salon in Chinatown; ventilation is poor but the service is great. The staff is very friendly; there is a good selection of colours. Be aware that they use a very harsh electric buffer on your nails (even just for a shellac job) which leaves a significant indent for weeks/months — ask to opt out of this if you don’t want the indent / weakened nails! *Cash only*

Both the manicure and fresh new nails as well as the foot care were absolutely the best we have ever experienced in this regard. Very, very professional and pleasant. Every day I enjoy my feet, on which I could walk through London like newborn, and the great toes with beautiful nail polish. In addition, all three women were perfect, so nice and personable. We had a great time. I can only recommend the studio and will definitely use the opportunity to be pampered there again on my next trip to London (Original) Ich war an Heiligabend zusammen mit meiner Tochter dort. Sie lies sich die Nägel machen. Spontan entschloss ich mich zu einer Fußpflege. Es war wundervoll. Sowohl Maniküre und frische neue Nägel als auch die Fußpflege waren das absolut Beste was wir je in dieser Hinsicht erlebt haben. Sehr sehr professionell und angenehm. Ich erfreue mich täglich an meinen Füßen, auf denen ich wie neugeboren weiter durch London gehen konnte und den tollen Zehen mit wunderschönem Nagellack. Dazu waren alle drei Damen perfekt, so nett und sympathisch. Wir haben uns bestens unterhalten. Ich kann das Studio nur empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Londontrip auf jeden Fall wieder die Gelegenheit nutzen mich dort verwöhnen zu lassen
