I’m very happy with micro needling treatment and cleansing. I’ve been there three times and always received a great service, professional advise, guidelines during the treatment. I saw the results right after my first treatment, it was not painful at all. I became regular in same treatments ;)

I got a bacterial facial for my oily skin and blackheads. The place was very easy to find, great location. She explained the process and what she was using on my skin every time. My skin feels so soft and fresh. I highly recommend. I will coming back again for a microdermabrasion facial.

I had a horrible skin condition which resulted in a lot of scarring on my cheeks. Antibiotics and expensive products did not work. I went to Amtira when I was really struggling with my appearance and confidence, and within the first facial I already noticed the difference. Alyssa was incredible to advise me what I would need, so I had a few different types of facials over 2 months - and now I feel like I can look in the mirror with confidence, as well as improving my overall skin condition and hiding the wrinkles too. I am so grateful for Alyssa, she has been so kind and so many amazing recommendations, I am now a regular attender. Thanks for giving me confidence and making my face so much clearer.

Highly recommended! I had deep cleansing + hydration treatment done at the clinic and the experience was really good. Thanks to Alisa, who not only gave a wonderful treatment but also shared valuable information about the skincare ( as per my skin type) throughout the process which was quite informative. I was explained about every step being done during the process. The extraction process was very well taken care of ( met my expectations ) in terms of removing impurities from the face. This is was my first time at Amtira and what a wonderful experience. Irina was fantastic, very professional and knowledgable about skincare. I went for a deep cleansing facial, but based on my skin, she recommended microdermabrasion for my hyper pigmentation. The consultation was very useful, she told me what items i need to take out of my make up/skincare because that is what is causing the breakouts. Great experience overall!

I have been visiting Irina for a few years now and I am her regular customer. She is a very professional lady and explains all the treatments beforehand. I get various facials done from her; deep cleansing, Hydrating, and other treatments like microdermabrasion and Venus freeze. I have also got a new treatment done today - micro needling and I really liked it. I will be doing more of this to reduce my acne scars. I have had acne scars since years and over the years since I’ve started my treatments with Irina my scars have reduced and my skin has brighten a lot. I get compliments from my colleagues all the time after my treatments how my skin is glowing so much. The quality of the treatments she provides is top notch and she spends enough on them. I have also introduced my husband to her spa as he has had back problems for many years and he has seen a tremendous improvements after going for regular back massages. I highly recommend her!!! Fantastic experience. The therapist was very professional and well trained. Given the coronavirus I was nervous about getting touched by someone, but the therapist washed her hand a few times and was wearing mask. I tried the Head, Neck, and Shoulder course. She also offered to massage my back and waist. The whole hour session was very refreshing. Definitely worth the money.

When I first visited Irina I was suffering from chronic back pain, I had visited some well known physiotherapy centres in Canary Wharf with very little success. Irina focussed on my lower-back pain and with weekly massage treatments managed with a few sessions to take away most of the pain. She also provided valuable advice, like drinking more water, stretching techniques and ways to improve posture when standing and seating.

I have been seeing Irina for over 3 years now and I have tried quite a few therapists during this time. Even though it's further out for me to see Irina I always end up coming back as she is the most skilful therapist I have come across and it really shows in her technique. Her deep tissue massages are really excellent and she really works hard on the "knots". Through this time she has also helped "cure" my mums sciatica in her leg after many osteopaths and chiropractors failed. I also see Irina for deep cleansing facials and extractions when I have the odd breakout and it helps reset and balance my skin. I would definitely recommend 100%.

Her technique is sound and very effective. The location may be a little hard to find but if you read the directions carefully you can't miss it. Went there because of only excellent reviews here and I am happy to add one more. Irina is a very nice and polite lady with excellent understanding and feeling someone else;s body problems. She does her job very well, definitively will be back, hopefully will be able to arrange my schedule to make it regular thing, as her deep tissue massage helps a lot. Location is also very convenient if you live in canary wharf or anywhere East London, as the building is just by the South Q DLR or nice walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee line. Recommend to everyone, will yet to discover all other different treatments they offer.

Such a good deep tissue massage and head massage! Even though this is in an office building (i did get slightly concerned when i first arrived believe me!) the treatment room is an oasis of peace and relaxation. Irina knows exactly what she is doing and is very polite whilst offering great advice. I will be going back next week to keep up the work she has done. I'd highly recommend her, great price, great location, just don't be put off by the offices!

Overall she is amazing, great massages, knows exactly where the problem areas are - and applies strong pressure. She is expert level and super dedicated to her business and customers which really shows - it can be hard to get onto her schedule she is so in demand. I've had regular treatments at Amtira for at least a couple of years now, if not longer. Irina is a very skillful therapist. The latest addition of Venus Freeze to her catalog of treatments is fantastic. I've had facial treatments for a good 20 years and this really is the first one I can say I had a wow feeling from the first treatment. Then again, any treatment will be only as good as the therapist who gives it. More expensive but worth the money.

It didn't just go away after a day or so. And I went back for a hot stone massage and was better than I was expected. I treated myself to a 90 minutes session a couple of weeks ago and was amazed by the quality of the treatment I received. The cozy therapy room is clean and tidy and a pleasant relaxing music is played so as to allow you to relax even further. Irina applied different levels of pressure required for my very stiff back. I though the rates to be very reasonable for the quality of service and friendly atmosphere and for the location. I recommend AMTIRA to anyone requiring a professional treatment in a friendly yet very professional environment. Top marks from me.

I had a deep tissue massage with Irina, and she was very very good! She was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, and got rid of a lot of knots in my back. The only issue for me was that the room is in a strange location, and I got lost trying to find the building, but that was completely my own fault as there are very clear instructions on the website. I would definitely recommend her, though make sure to check directions before you go!

Great salon. I tired different treatments here. Deep cleansing facial was amazing with instant results, skin was much better after the treatment. I also tried hot stones massage and absolutely loved it. This is something I would recommend to everyone. Salon has free parking which is rare for Canary Wharf, and is very convenient!
